Yo no recuerdo este lugar porque se supone que es un lugar seguro para guardar tus cosas por que es nuevo y tiene cámaras y resulta que terrovan tus casas que contanto trabajo y esfuerzo ase uno para tener nuestras cosas es por eso no lo recomiendo porque TERROVAN no quiero que le pase a alguien mas.

This was the best storage location I’ve ever been to and believe me I been to a few the employees are great and the facility is clean and nicely secured. My 5x5 space was way bigger than I thought so you public storage
Most of the facility is clean, There’s always plenty of parking, And the AC is amazing..
Bring your ID if you plan to use the restroom or want to rent out those flat bed carts..
There is no trashcan in the restroom, So people’s trash tend to pile up in a corner in there..
There’s no water available either..
The dolly-like, flatbed carts are now near the elevators that go to the storage units, which is nice but sometimes the number of the cart lock you’re given, corresponds to a missing cart, which is a bit inconvenient..
The people who rent these storage units just need to put back those carts, especially if they’re not assigned to them…
It’s annoying that they’re not there sometimes, I miss when they used to be back in the main office Because that way you can get a guaranteed cart…

Review update 9/12/24
Rate keeps increasing almost every 3 months. I started at 288 for a 10x20, now it is at 465 in just 1 yr. I have heard some people pay up to 800+ for this size when their advertised "market" price (not even discounted) is 350ish to 410ish. Ridiculous price hike.
UPDATING MY REVIEW - 10/2/23:
1. So Customer Service called me about this and they did apologize. They said they were gonna do something about it like most likely give a headsup that someone will use the loading dock or something but I do not think so.
2. They are actually still nice despite all. I lost my ID and they returned it to me with a smile.
Just keeping it to 4 for now since there's a lot more for improvement :-)
Public Storage in Alameda, CA. I exited late by 7mins and they issued me a warning or notice that I stayed late when I clearly communicated with the staff/management that it was hard to move my things because there was a truck kind of blocking the entrance. I had planned that we were just gonna use the cart to move things so it is quicker but it was impossible with the truck being there.
I told them that I am suggesting to have some limit on the time a truck/tenant can park in the loading zone or at least a scheduled slot to use the zone because what if there's other people who wants to use the entrance to load things. Yes, I definitely want to respect people's time so I think in order to respect people's time, there should be a limit or schedule when using that loading zone. Even loading zones in the streets have time limit.
I hurried up even though loading my stuff was difficult and it hurt and injured me so I can leave by 6PM. I never want to get off late out of the property. Had I not cared about the time, I wouldn't have told the staff about my struggles because of the truck being there. They knew what was going on and they still issued me a warning for 7 min late. Also, what about the the other tenants not respecting that other people want to use the entrance.
I talked to the staff and they just disregarded my suggestion or feedback (especially since they said I am the only one who complained about this) and said just worry about me getting out of the property on time. Yes, I do worry about that. I planned, I hurried. I got off an hour earlier than usual from my job. I planned to use the cart. BUT I did not expect there will be a truck there that will stay for more than an hour, limiting me to use the cart and not move faster. There should be a time limit or permit to use the loading zone. That's what I suggested.
They said nothing is gonna happen to my account because of this but it bothers me that I am getting warned over this or I have some records of not following the rule when they knew what was going on. I am still open to change this review if I am heard. If I did not care about this rule - I would not even talk to the manager, call them or even write this review.

I had a terrible experience with this public storage facility. First, they provided incorrect hours of operation on their website, leading me to arrive when the facility was closed. This was extremely frustrating as I had arranged my schedule around the posted hours. When I contacted them to address the issue and requested a refund for the time I couldn’t access the unit, they outright refused. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, making the whole situation even worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to rectify their mistakes is completely unacceptable.

Storage is nice and clean and they are very helpful the only thing is why do they close so early? 6pm is early I understand the front desk being closed but to access the gate or my storage at 6pm is too early they should probably push it up maybe till like 8 or 9pm
The worst storage ever. They say they open at 9:30 and this is second time no one is here and its 10 AM. Such a disrespect!!!
Although Abigail made it seem like standard practice, she did go far and beyond. I went to make a payment. The rate seemed to much to her, I advised it was a late fee which I'm accountable for. From the get go she looked out for me. I didn't ask for help; we didn't converse long enough for her to sense I was going through a tough time and yet she helped out plenty :)

First and foremost , the associate Gabby is a 10 out of 10 allstar. I had some issues with my storage unit. To say she went above and beyond would be an absolute understatement. I needed to move out quickly and no joke I considered staying just because of how much she cared.

I been here for about 4 years. I initially paid 160.00 monthly for a 5x10. Now I pay 268.00. They increased my payments to a 100.00 more for the same size. I go to there web site and see it is cheaper for the same size. I find this very unfair for such a small space. I plan on changing to a different storage place next month.
I was helped by gabby and the service was far above average. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, answered my questions before I could even ask them, and went out of her way to accommodate me with any additional convenience possible. I've encountered something quite peculiar at this public storage facility. They require a visual ID for everything, even to use the restroom! As a 58-year-old, I've never experienced such stringent security measures before. When I inquired about the reasoning behind this policy, the staff member's response left me even more perplexed, stating that people have been making a mess in the bathroom. I find it astonishing that they would assume customers would engage in such behaviour!

Great experience! First time getting a storage space myself. I got the rental space online and Enrique helped me get the other half of the process done. He explained to me how things worked, how to use the app and open the gate for access, and how to get to my storage space. He also showed me how to use the lock I was provided. Overall, I had a great experience. The storage place is very clean and the customer service is great.

Terrible service! I called more than 10 times today bcus I rented a storage this morning I load everything and get there but it turns out the gate codes are not working for everybody there waiting outside. I’m calling and calling for them to fix this as they are so quick to charge but the lady that answered me just hung up on me and didn’t answer after that anymore. I’ve been calling and still no answer but they already charged me card

This place has the worst customer service. Im not sure what’s the procedure when there closing but they have lock the gates on me twice while employees still in the premises there refusing to open the gate since there off and there informing that I need to contact the police or the fire department to come open the gate since there leaving already. This is ridiculous why will they threat their customers in such manner

Don’t store your belongings here, I regret it. Staff named Victor is awful he refused to help be and was rude to me and people over the phone. Edword was great and did all he could to help. If he wasn’t there I would would have had no help. I regret storing my belongings here due to Victors terrible customer service. Find another local location.
Horrible experience. Storage was robbed and vandalized. Everything stolen. I was told to make a police report and file a claim. No additional assistance.
-10 stars to these rude, no class, money hungry and severely lacking people. I have had a storage here for a couple years and they have raised my rent 300%. They were very demeaning to me for a simple requests not to raise rents. They did honor a 3 month delay to a raise the rent only to be doubled three months later. The location is fairly new but is infested with rats and roaches. No trash cans anywhere and forget about the restrooms. They're marked "staff only". 1 elevator works and the hours are ridiculous. 9:30am - 6:00pm? Really? I can't even make it after work. Sadly this review will simply fall on deaf ears and be responded with a "we will forward this to our team".
Came to this facility to move out. I forgot how great the service here. Remind me of a good old days when service was a issue. Robert Victor and Enrique are the best they backup each other and they're easy to work with. Wish I didn't have to leave.

There is no handcart and no one is responsible. How can people take their goods to the warehouse?
RUN DON’T WALK !! This place has rats, a very serious rat problem, and they will lie about it until you move in and give you traps , there are baby mice and mama rats everywhere. Then there’s random people sleeping inside after closing and stealing things, they hop from roof to roof and pull the wire back and steal. The employees, they might even be involved because they know who’s sleeping but won’t report when things go missing. And conveniently have cameras on some but not all units!!
They ignore you when you confront them and don’t do anything to help the situation. Please save yourselves!

Wonderful customer service today. There was a shortage of dollies and I had a flight to catch so I was starting to panic. Cloie (sp) brought me the office dolly and helped me load my car. I thought there was no chance I could catch my flight but her cheerful energy worked somehow to make unloading and traffic smooth. I made my flight — thanks you Cloie and other wonderful staff there!

Cloie was very polite, professional, and helpful. She promptly fixed an issue with my rental agreement. She helped when I loaded my things onto the cart. She also helped with handing my items up the ladder. I was irritated at first but her demeanor calmed me. Girl needs a raise.
At first i thought this place was worth the price. Needing code for each gate and elevator, as well as cameras everywhere. The place looks fairly clean and has AC as a bonus so figured my stuff is safe. But unfortunately my unit was broken into. I paid a lot for this place because I reasoned the extra price is for the extra security. But looks like I was wrong. I am in one morning to grab some stuff and leave but instead spent hours dealing with this fiasco. I just decided to move all my stuff out and now have to deal with insurance who after looking at reviews do not seem like the most hopeful/understanding. If you have anything of value or anything sentimental that you don't want stolen, look somewhere else.
We needed a storage space fast, I reserved online and came to the Alameda location to finish the transaction. Cloie helped us out, she gave us a tour of the unit and shared important info along the way.
She was super nice and helpful and explained the insurance, the way the prorate would work etc. She made sure we got the best rate which was amazing!
Don't hesitate, if you need to put stuff away come to this location!

I have rented units with other Public Storage locations but this location has by far been the best one yet. Each time I come to Huntington Park, I'm always satisfied with the facility. The staff here provides excellent customer service and help me meet my needs. The units are always well taken care of and cleaned, which makes a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Worst storage experience ever. Property Manager was exceptionally rude when I questioned why she locked me out of my storage - my bill was paid! I gave notice to vacate 15 days in advance but still received a bill for July, smh. I had to spend more time over the phone getting that charge off, good thing I had pictures of my emptied storage. Terrible hours, dirty facilities most of the time I used it, and to top it off, no cameras to protect our personal effects. This is NOT a safe place to rent a storage.
Prices have jumped up twice in a year, gonna start looking for a new storage facility. From $250.00 a month to $485.00 month..🤬🤬

Don’t store your things here unless you want it to get stolen! I heard theres break ins all the time. We lost over $8k worth of equipment to someone who broke our lock, and they cant even find them on security cameras, which do not cover any ground. This facility has ruined my life. Do not go here.
Poor customer service , the manager is always rude. They raised my rent By $100 .. I'll never again rent at any public storage again for the ridiculous raised amount they did , now I'm about to loose my unit because I can't afford that. The property always has elevator problems, no carts , when you ask for help , they ignore you. But you miss a payment , they're calling you 24/7.

I've only been here 2 weeks and this is my first time using a storage and this is by far the worst storage experience I have ever thought of !!! Twice these people have locked up my Driver's license in their office because they ask for ID to hold just to use a cart !! They were out of the office and I had to wait almost an hour for my ID to leave. Once they were about to close while keeping my ID. They had me waiting an hour to use the bathroom key because bathrooms stay locked. I'm definitely moving out this week

Extremely poor customer service. The information I was emailed with my gate info says I have access until 9pm. I showed up at 6 PM with a truck. I entered my code and it said that they were closed I went to the office and the woman inside yelled from behind the counter that they were closed I said I’m aware that they are closed in the office however I just need access to my unit it says I have until 9 PM at least (pointing to phone). She pointed at the window and said that they were closed. (The window only has office hours it does not have anything listed for access hours.). The woman had an attitude And continued to yell from across the way, her attitude became more obvious as I continued to ask her to repeat herself. A problem that could have been easily mitigated had she at least come within a descent eat shot in order to address my concern.
She was extremely unprofessional unfriendly and unhelpful giving attitude and yelling passive aggressive remarks instead of addressing my concern of access hours. 6pm is extremely early to not have access to a unit. Their hours are not convenient nor do the match what I was emailed. The individual next to her just sat there in silence. The last thing I was able to hear her say was to call the property manager so they could tell me that they were closed. She was extremely rude. She could have came to the door and at least explained that there were errors instead of yelling smart remarks. I rented a truck and have to now keep it another day on-top of being treated so rudely.
Trinity has the best customer service I have received in years. I recommend this location. 10stars easily
No trash cans available for customers. Employee was extremely aggressive and rude when I asked if I could throw away a few small pieces of trash. Price increased without warning. The hours are also really terrible.
