I rented a roll-up unit about 2 years until end of February 2025. Everything is great except for the price. From the move in special the price went up steep.

Hands down the best storage place I’ve had for a long time now. I’ve been at this facility for 4 yrs. It’s always clean and the staff is fantastic. Thank you Katherine for always being so helpful.
DO NOT RENT HERE. My storage unit was broken into and many very expensive items where stolen. Some very sentimental and priceless items are now gone and lost forever leaving me very upset and disappointed. The lock was cut with bolt cutters, all things were sifted through and many expensive items were stolen. I only rented here for 6 short weeks. I have rented other places for years in past and NEVER had this problem.
There are no cameras in the interior corridors so nothing was caught on camera. There is a VERY heavy homeless population that rent (and possibly live) here as well. I did not know this when I first rented. When I noticed it, we spoke with the staff on site and was assured that it was not an issue and our items were safe. This was not the case as when I returned the next time, our unit had been broken into. Although the staff on site was sympathetic when informed of the break in, they have not done anything to rectify or make the situation any better. There has been no follow up from their end, and to be honest, when informed of the break in, they did not seem very surprised, making me think this happens at this location.
Although I completely understand that all renters sign a waiver that states Public Storage is not responsible for all damage/theft/flood etc., I would think that management would do something a sign of good will to help soften the blow of losing so many irreplaceable items and the enormous headache of now having to deal with hours/months of insurance claims.
I spoke with the offsite manager on the phone and was not offered any refund for the 6 weeks rent I paid here. I was just told that they would pass my request along.
I wish I had known to NOT ever rent here before and will never rent from "Public Storage" ever again.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Arnie at Public Storage, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, Arnie provided exceptional service that was both professional and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and truly understood my concerns. Arnie's attentive and understanding nature made the entire process smooth and efficient. Katherine, is a very special young lady to do business at public storage. Very helpful, nice and no her job.
The facility definitely feels dated. There’s no ventilation in the building units and gets really hot and stuffy after about 20 minutes of moving boxes.
On the plus side though the facility is clean and Katherine, the new property manager, was a huge help! I wasn’t sure which unit I needed at the time and she gave me a tour and helped me decided based off my situation. She was very insightful and friendly!

I had previously given a 4 star review on account of the rising rent, but now I am changing it to 5 stars! My previous rating had nothing to do with bad service...just rent increases. Upon discovering my dismay, the property manager, (Randy), jumped on the situation and solved the problem! Being a customer at this site for nearly 10 years now, I have absolutely no complaints concerning customer service recieved...on the contrary, the service has always been beyond reproach! I will recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a secure location to store their extra stuff. My thanks go out to all the staff!
