this place is super dope loved it. its super skibidi toilet rizz and im definitely going to go more often and Ashley was for sure my favorite worker super kind and nice I recommend this public storage mainly because of Ashley.

Ashley was so great. She helped me figure out the gate and navigate the app. She made the entire process very easy.

Place always clean. Easy to sign up for a unit. The restroom tho has a broken door. Only one restroom and got clogged. Nearest one to go is a gas station.

Ashley was friendly and thorough as she went over the storage plans and procedures and in signing us up. She made the whole process easy and was very good in answering all our questions.

Rates started as low as 40$ a month but after a few month they started raising price and tax and slip in landatpry insirqnce totallong 88$. While i totally understand some increase to tax etc the fact that increase of more than 200% than originally advertised is a scam

This was the last time I will ever step foot on this property, I get out of my car and walk to the front office, I stepped in dog shi* I turned around left my shoe on the side walk where I had stepped in it CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOGS! On top of it the employee was watching me while smoking a cigarette! She hadn’t said a word just looked at me though her cigarette and went inside

This is definitely a late review but better late then never. My husband and I are in the process of moving and can’t take all of our stuff with us so we were in need of a storage place that had outside unit and good pricing. Well we went in and meet with Ashley and she was amazing I had went on the website and held a unit but when we got there we found it would be way to small and right away Ashley know it would be to small and remember right of the top of her head that the next size unit just had opened up and took us to look at it. Well it was a perfect size, even when we went back in to do the paperwork I freaked a little bit about the price but Ashley looked up and showed me pricing for other storage place that were a lot more she did not have to do that and I was sold right after that. She helped us set the app on our phone showed us all the features of it. I can say one of the many reasons I stay with public storage is because of Ashley customer service.

This place is a absolute joke. We were told everything is online so we paid and was ready to go. I got to the office at 5:20pm to ask for the code and the lady started to call her colleagues for help not knowing what to do. She said she was waiting for her co worker to send her documents. I was standing there till 6, that’s when she said the office is closed and she couldn’t help anymore. Ridiculous, why would we rent a storage if we had a place to store the load somewhere else. We couldn’t even get full refund. I thought public storage cared for customers but clearly they don’t.

I have been a loyal customer here at this public storage location for 10 years !! And l want to personally thank one of your very special employees named Kayla. She went above and beyond with her outstanding customer service that she provided me last week. You Kayla are a Godsend and a life saver.
