I wanted to take a minute to share my experience as I usually don’t write reviews. I had to visit the office yesterday and despite it being very busy, the manager, Tanisha, was very calm and polite and welcoming. Despite having an issue and questions, she made sure I was heard and worked to resolve my questions/concerns. She was a true professional and I appreciated her calm demeanor.
The property manager, Celina, was very friendly and helpful during my visit. She took the time to ask if I needed any assistance and then we sparked up great conversation. Another guest needed assistance and Celina promptly provided help. She just seemed to be everywhere. Great friendly experience!!!

Set my reservation and walked out in 10 mins. Rent was $30 for the first month and a new lock for another $20. Maybe bring your own lock. The lock is durable and sturdy but still expensive. Joseph you are awesome!

I’ve had a unit at Public Storage for about a year now, and it’s been great. The place is super clean and well-kept, and Chanel has been awesome from the start really helpful and easy to talk to. Anytime I had a question, she was on it. Totally recommend this spot if you need somewhere to store your stuff.
Just a quick note to say thank you to Chanel and the team. Had some issues and wasn’t sure how to resolve them. I was surprised to see Chanel there as She had been a life saver at the Murrieta location. I needed a unit a little nearer to me so stopped in. She once again was able to get everything situated and had me feeling like it was a breeze. I can’t tell you how happy I was when I saw her there. I knew things were going to be good. Anyone that is lucky enough to be able to have her assist them no matter what location is going to have the best day. I think my wife might have a crush on her though. The place is clean very nice environment the young lady Selena attended me over the phone I was able to pay for my storage space very quick she was very helpful. When I got there she was attentive to any questions I had right away showed me to my storage space made me feel like it was the right place for my stuff to be stored and you could tell she was on it doing a hell of a job. I had looked around trying to find a storage place but after talking to Selena on the phone I knew my stuff would be secure and the place is awesome cameras everywhere fenced off very clean like I said I give this place five stars and that's on some real talk Selena you're awesome

There was a lady there with the name of Lane. She helped me made. The process goes so good. She’s happy beautiful very down to earth and organic. I felt safe leaving my valuables there.

From the moment I walked in, Lane Rainey (staff member) was incredibly helpful and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I worked with Amelia just in the last few days, as well as Ryan back in 2023 (who I understand is no longer there). Both were incredibly helpful and empathetic in trying to navigate the repetitive and excessive price increases imposed by corporate. Ultimately the price increases drove me elsewhere, but Amelia was super kind and helpful upon my move out. She made the transition smooth and I couldn't recommend her any more. Thanks Amelia, know that you're appreciated!

I booked a place because it is close to my house. Came on Saturday and they were super busy... I booked the wrong size. Could have been a nightmare situation, but Lavi was able to take care of our situation and help other customers. He was very helpful and stayed calm which really helped me, because it was all very stressful.

Even though we came in with the worst attitude, Ryan was not only extremely patient, but he also catered to my mom by trying to speak Spanish. Sorry about the "trying" part Ryan (haha) you are a true GEM. Thank you so much we are so happy we found a safe and secure place to store her belongings during these difficult times.

Very nice facility. We had a climate-controlled 10x10 unit for over a year and we were very pleased with the cleanliness, ease of access, and security. The exit procedure was simple and Lavi was helpful in guiding us through it.

Marlene is the reason I chose this storage site. She is amazing! I drove from Baja and arrived 15 minutes before closing time. She was bombarded by me and 2 other customers all at once and made sure we each got 💯 of her attention and that we all left happy and satisfied customers. She stayed an hour more just to make sure we had everything taken care of. Needless to say, she was apologetic for what she believed was slow service. We found out she just had a surgery a few days earlier and yet was still working and giving us 100% amazing service. Lucky to have found this place. Thank you Marlene!

I was visiting my storage unit last week when an irrational and aggressive customer was yelling at Khor. I just moved and rented a unit with Public Storage in Escondido, CA. I haven't had experience with the company to comment on satisfaction over time but thus far I am very pleased. It's a relatively new, clean and convenient facility with easy access and good security in what looks like a safe neighborhood. The pricing is better than other similar offerings. The representative onsite, LuLu, provided excellent customer service - she presented useful and relevant information clearly, answered all my questions, was patient with reviewing multiple options, and is very personable. I looked at five other self storage options and came back to this facility. Hopefully the rest of my rental with Public Storage will continue to meet this excellent first impression.
