Really glad to have used this location for the time I have. Never any issues. Yvette in particular has been super knowledgeable and helpful with our needs here, A++. I have recommended this spot to others I know.

I have had a storage unit at this location for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but good experiences with the facility. I recently cancelled my storage unit as I no longer needed it and Yvette helped me out and she was exceptional!

Wonderful place! Ms. Yvette, is lovely, she has kept our storage unit safe, even after we accidentally left our key by the unit! Would highly recommend this location!

I originally left 1 star, due to issues with the insurance, however, management has always been very good at this place and very nice. I would recommend they find a different insurance company, but other than that they’ve been a good storage spot.

Yvette, the property manager at this facility, contacted billing and had some fees waived which resulted in a reduction of the following month's bill. This was very kind of her. I much appreciated the extra effort Yvette put forth.

It's been a positive experience the last few years with friendly cooperative help and excellent on-site management. Thanks, James and Michelle. However, I'd have given 5 stars if it weren't for the excessive corporate generated yearly cost increases above that of other facilities and changing the closing hours from the previous 10 pm to now 6 pm and 5 pm weekends. So, I relocated the boat to another and better equipped storage near the lake, including a restroom, for $155 open until 10 pm instead of the upcoming $226

Desirae was AWESOME! She was very knowledgeable about the units & had an answer for the abundance of questions I had. She walked me around the property to ease my anxieties about renting from a storage facility in the sac area (it’s bad out here y’all!). At first I wasn’t sure about renting here, but she was so sweet and really knew her stuff so I felt comfortable getting unit. Grounds are clean. No signs of vermin. And NO ONE living in their unit!! Des is definitely a keeper! Thanks again!

I finally was able to get all my stuff out from this place. I strongly do not recommend anyone to place their belongings here. My storage was broken into 2 time. I had the orange door insurance and they made it impossible to get my recovery. A year later it was broken into again. At that time I found out I no longer had the insurance which is something they required. They said they sent me an email about it. Funny thing was my bill price didn't reflect.Long story short do not trust this place. Also your fees always increase.

I came into inquire about a storage facility, not knowing much about the process, and Michelle, the front desk attendant, was more then courteous! Super Satisfied. I could have wrote this review months ago and it would have still been Very Satisfied. That was when The Manager, Michelle at the office of Public Storage on Fair Oaks Blvd. First assisted me. It was a pretty routine set up for a small storage. It didnt require anything unusual but the professionalonalsm and smooth flow Michelle gave to my assistance told me she was very good at representing her job. Not to say too much in the months to come in a couple special incidents she again was there and shined for me. Public Storage had trained her well and I am lucky to have her help me.

Yesterday I was helped by Ashley who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was stress free. We needed immediate assistance and she was AMAZING. Without question she was there for us and made our storage experience great. Thank you Ashley for everything yesterday! We really needed you and I'm so glad you were there.

Michelle in office was excellent in signing me up with a spot, even multi tasking, helping two new customers at once, ie walk around. She is in contention for upper management. Was very hot outside that day with multiple customers and never lost her composure, while a customer was giving her grief. Props to Michelle.

My boyfriend and I needed to get a storage unit and found the reviews for this location the best in a 5 mile radius of where we were looking. Shannon called within an hour of our reservation and was available when we arrived, cheery and proud of her property. She offered any services we needed that she had, but was not pushy in her sales pitch. A plus there. Since we picked this place on the reviews from Yelp, I felt the need share our experience so others can benefit too!

I helped a friend retrieve her car which had been in storage at this location for quite a while. The person on duty during our visit, Shannon, impressed me in a number of ways. It was clear that she treated my friend with value, remembering her name and some parts of her story. We had difficulty opening the unit, she did it for us without making us look stupid (like we felt)! In other ways as well, she did more than necessary to make this a memorable experience in a very favorable way. Based on the experience we had with Shannon, I would strongly recommend this location.

i use this storage for my business, love the large driveways.also shannon the manager is very friendy, also very hepfull. some times i get large delivers and the drivers are not always on time, when this happens shannon will have the truck driver wait and will call me so i dont miss my delivery. saving me both time and money!
