Aaron and Ethan both are very friendly and very helpful and very patient with answering all of your questions. Ethan showed me the spaces to rent and was very nice and very patient in signing up and answering questions and Aaron went out of his way a lot!! He even helped clean up a few stains and more and answered any questions and checked to see if I was alright with all that he did. What can I say ?! A shoutout to Aaron at the 7719 Fair Oaks location of Public Storage. He has been so helpful, pleasant and professional in helping us pay the rent at our units and in dealing with some problems we’ve had there- more than once. His manager is also very helpful, kind and responsive. In fact, all of the employees are what make Public Storage good. Because the way this company has raised the rents on us is actually probably criminal and can be considered usurious. New Year’s resolution #1 is to get our stuff out of there. But until then, thanks to all the staff there- you guys are great! And thank you Aaron.

This place is very clean and taken care of compared to the storage unit I had just moved from .I like the fact that my stuff will be secure and I wont have to worrie about cause it's very close to my work.

I went to this facility yesterday and met Al. I have worked for storage facilities in the past for over 10 years and Al was one of if not the best rep for his company that I have met to date. Al was not only knowledgeable but very professional and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding this facility and I actually felt comfortable as if we really knew each other. I trusted him and that is big for me. There were no high pressure sales tactics and because of that I just wanted to start shopping there...lol. I was unsure of this particular company and Al put my mind to ease for sure.

Aaron was extremely helpful. Went out of his way to call someone even if he didn’t have to. He could have told me that he doesn’t know that person , but he helped to give me more information. Michelle was great too. She walked in and she helped with more information.

I've used this property many times for my storage needs over the last 13 years. The current manager Aaron is amazing and always very welcoming. He keep the property and especially the bathroom very clean.
I came to public storage this morning and was greeted by an employee named Aaron. This is my first time inquiring about a storage space and he provided me with exceptional guidance and helped me determine the size of the space I needed at the most cost efficient price, given my budget. I want to give a huge thanks to Aaron for displaying excellent customer service and truly caring about my specific needs.

So they have a new employee here Aaron. We are having a problem with our drain, we live behind them. He went right out and cleaned it so the water is draining now. Really nice guy.

Never had a problem here. Place for my storage I come check it out and enjoy the gate access and reasonable price for me. Staff is nice been in the place only once and that one time it was great.

I needed public storage for an emergency place to put some things and I was able to get a place the same day used it for a couple of months and was able to close out the day before I would have had to pay it was easy it was sufficient the employees were extremely professional and helpful it was a good place to store my things for a short period of time and if I had to use it for a long period of time it would have been a good place as well good price good place good people
