All units are not easily accessible
Went in to look at some storages and to see the different unit sizes and Marcela was incredible help with showing me different ones.
Marcella was amazing, although I did not rent at her location. She assisted me in verifying my ID.

I had a wonderful experience at Public Storage in Canoga Park with Marcela who made it a seamless move in process for me by answering all of my questions and being very thorough and patient. She also took the time to walk me through the different buildings and units so that I could make the best decision and stay within my budget.
I was interested in getting a unit, because my apartment is filled to its max. I checked out a few places and called Storquest and Storage Etc and did not get the service I expected. I finally found Public Storage that is close enough to my place. I spoke with Valentina, who went above and beyond to show me around, anticipate my needs, and make recommendations based on what I need. Everywhere else tried to upsell me and tell what I needed. I did not like that.
I truly felt like Valentina really cared about the perfect unit for me. It’s rare to find an associate who is willing to take the time out and give me the individual care I need. After speaking with my husband I feel that this is the best fit for us and our stuff. There needs to be more people like Valentina in the work force. Thank you Valentina for your kindness and patience with me asking to see more units.

No recomiendo para nada cada mes te suben el arriendo de pagar 80 ahora pago 169 es un abuso de dinero ! Y no hay explicación tengo mi unidad en el segundo piso tampoco se pueden ocupar las maquinas para subir ! Es demaciado triste y frustrante que cada mes te suban el arriendo estoy buscando algo mejor ni baño tiene mi unidad ! Es muy triste!!! Necesito enviar algún correo ? Para saber que esta pasando !

Well I had the last straw with Public Storage, try to raise the rent 3 times in one year. The staff was good but corporate is not. I am out of here this month.

I'm renting a Unit in this facility I'm having a bad experience very very bad I been here about a year and they keep increasing increasing the rent it's ridiculous for little small unit charging me lot, I highly not recommend it to anyone.

This could have been a shattering experience and Lupe saved the day! She was a great listener, activity help me solve my problem, and quickly got me setup which saved me about $500 in mover fees! I am so grateful for patience and excellent customer service!! Thank you

Not satisfied with the service and putting two stars exclusively because the last manager of the location I dealt with was willing to help and accommodating.
But BEWARE!!! Their policy is a ripoff and I lost $180 due to a small mistake.
Even though I freed my storage and cancel the payment before end of the month, I scheduled move out into 2nd of the next month.
So even though that as a fact I 'used' 2 days of the month, I was billed for the entire month.
To add insult to the injury, I contacted the support with the ask to cancel the payment or to make it, at least, prorated and I was told that it's ok and the amount would be cancelled.
It was just a LIE... recently I discovered, that the payment wasn't cancelled at all and the amount owed is about to go to collections.
A ripoff.. decide for yourself..
