This storage unit is made exceptional by its staff members. Lupe went out of her way to help us with moving our unit to a bigger location. She was patient and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out! You have our storage loyalty!

I recently visited this location and left disappointed with Manager Yuri and Employee Eve. The lack of care for customers and the horrible customer service provided by Eve were beyond unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this location as you are likely to encounter a complete disregard for your needs and a frustrating experience!!

Property is not as nice as the other ones, but the difference is that the manager Angelica is great and helpful and always has a smile. Great service.

Amazing reception feels like home!!

Although the security of this facility could be better, there is a storage unit for every type of situation. There were a few things I wasn't very impressed with, but the customer service made up for it. I personally used this location as a catch-all while moving out of my house, and I only had the unit for a month. Pictured is the entrance and exit keypads, the main halls of units, the condition of the door and lock to my unit, the 6ftx9ft unit I had rented, the main office, and the general layout of the facility. I believe this location is great for short-term, big and bulky items, or general supplies that you just need out of your personal space. I would not advise leaving expensive equipment, valuables, or anything that could easily be damaged or taken if anything were to unfortunately happen. There are other public storage locations that have more secure systems in place with regards to both potential weather damage and theft. If your main goal is to store valuables with more guaranteed security, I would suggest spending the extra money on another location. However, the customer service at this location was very pleasant from my first day. I very much value the genuineness of the employees that I interacted with as I went in and out of the facility. If I can remember correctly, I met Robert and Dalia (or similar name) and they were very wonderful every time I was there. I am mostly a people person, so the five stars is because of them, but the facilities in general would receive a three out of five stars if I was being blunt about my thoughts. However, I wasn't personally too concerned about how long my stuff would be stored here so it didn't devalue my stay. I hope that this facility gets some much needed upgrades soon, including locker sized units as those seem to be scarce, but very reasonably priced and helpful for smaller storage situations.

The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I got the place for a reasonable price but the storage unit was not at all clean. It was outright dirty and on top of that the back of the storage unit has little opening below from where I could see ants coming in. I wouldn't recommend anyone this place unless absolutely necessary or if you need to keep some stuff which are not worth too much.

Great place!! Easy to order, move-in, and move-out. Best rates I could find for a small drive-up unit (no need to haul stuff down a hall, or stairs/elevator) that I can use month-to-month (no long term contract). Lily helped me get all setup onsite, and in the valley heat, but was super friendly and informative. Will definitely use this place again if I need storage in the future.

I rented a space here short term and D'Von was super nice and helpful. I was also able to get a space for $1 first month rent (promotional). This location felt very secure because of the main building layout and security cameras.

Although it is only a place where you can keep things that you can not have in your house it is worth leaving a recommendation, the place is very clean and spacious, although you can only enter to see or get your things among the hours 9:30 a.m. to 5 or 6 p.m. Not like in other places that can do it 24 hours a day this is an inconvenience if you work within those hours, but good on the other hand the employees are very kind and helpful

This is a very dumpy public storage with limited access due to the bad neighborhood surrounding it. They raise the rent prices every year for no reason too.

I have used Public Storage, this particular location, for years and they have always been helpful. Now that I am moving out, I have a few problems (which I created), and I couldn't have managed the logistics without the help of lovely CYNTHIA. She is patient, knoledgeable, friendly, thorough. An entire miniature museum sits in those storage units; and Cynthia has been integral to helping get the museum moved to its new home. Thanks so much!!!!!

Anthony was excellent! Although my reservation was at 9:45am and i arrived 15 minutes before closing and forgot my license, he was so patient!! I came back the next day and he greeted me with a smile! I'm completely satisfied with his customer service! A great way to start the morning!Thank you!

I went to pay for my monthly Storage rent at Public Storage where I was helped by a new employee Anthony at store # 23014. It's the first time since, I have been with Public Storage in years that someone so courteous gave me an outstanding service with respect. Anthony was not only polite but, very professional. His low toned voice makes me wanna talk to him & discussed previous issues that I was having with previous employees. Anthony took the time to explain everything with patience & explained how they operate the business that makes me want to stay with Public Storage. It is to this extent that I am writing this for him . I have Yelped him also and changed my rating from One star to 5 stars. Public Storage definitely needs some hardworking & educated people like Anthony . His actions definitely had a hugh impact & shows the excellence of his service & care for his customers & company. If I had a business Antony will definitely be my manager. I know if he is working for me I don't have to worry about customers issues. He is definitely an asset for Public Storage. I highly recommend Anthony for management position.

Friendly Staff, readily available to help whenever needed. Fairly clean, just wish the units were better made to prevent looky-loos from peering inside the units.
