I just rented at the Deering Ave location. Tyler was working and SUPER HELPFUL AND PATIENT. I had questions and he was able to answer them all. He even walked me through the security access login from my phone!! GREAT JOB!!

Wilson gave me excellent customer service. He showed me the locker and explained everything to me in detail. Even though my rental was only for a short term the price was good and the service requested was good. If I had to complain about anything it would be about the entry hours. Not early enough for me. But overall the process was good and easy and a big thank you again to Wilson for helping me out, people like Wilson that give great customer service makes life so much easier!
I've been at this facility for about a year now and I have to say that the staff is exceptional. Tyler and Angelica go above and beyond ALWAYS and the recent addition of Wilson has also been wonderful. If they don't have an answer, they will follow up as soon as they have one. I hope they know how appreciated they are!!
Made reservation to hold and see a storage unit. Was charged $51.89 for nothing. I had to cancel and was returned $21 for not receiving a unit, not getting lock because I had my own, not using the insurance and not even showing up on the property. I'd advise coming in person. They are quick to take your money and don't want to return it after they charge you.

Made a reservation after waiting FOREVER for a drive up unit on Sunday to move in 11/13. Went to complete the reservation online Tuesday around noon and it was no longer available. I called the location and he said it was still available and transferred me to some overseas agent who said nope it is gone. So a reservation with this useless place means nothing- FYI.

A very well maintained and clean storage property! Angelica was a great help whenever I needed her. Moving in and out was a seamless and straight forward process. The rate were decent and I never had to worry about my things being destroyed or bothered by pest. I appreciated the ease of entry with the app and all updated info sent via email. As far as public storage goes this is a decent site. I'm extremely appreciative of the fact they are a bit more relaxed in some aspects of running their business and don't come at you like fee Nazis if you are a day or 2 late on the bill. I do wish the units were accessible for a longer period of time each day. Maybe closing at 7pm vs 6pm would be amazing for someone like myself due to my work schedule. But still. The place is well worth the monthly charge. Thanks!

Terrible communication, management please do better. Made us drive from LA to Canoga park 2+ hours total to find out that they mistakenly promoted something that wasn’t available. I understand that accidents happen but why not supervise in order to ensure proper business continuity? we hired 2 additional people to help move the unit. We wasted gas, so much money and overall so much time, extremely upsetting. Hope you don’t do this to anyone else again..
They are raising my rate every 6 months!!! Going to find another place and move my stuffs.

This location, while newer and climate control you only have access during business hours which is not convenient for the customer at all. I moved in a few days ago and will be moving my stuff out within the next few days because of this.
I had to get storage with little notice. My only prior experience was less than perfect situations helping my children at college in various parts of the country. I checked out all options within reasonable distances here in the Valley. This Public Storage location is very impressive. Someone working at PS actually suggested I book online to take advantage of specials that would not only give me a better price, but potentially a bigger space to boot. The entire process could be handled without interfacing with another human (if that’s your taste). The facility is new, clean and convenient. Even the personnel, especially Angelica, are as helpful as can be. If you need storage, don’t waste your time looking around. This place is great.

Angelica Gutierrez was the most helpful , accommodating employee/manager that went beyond what any employee I’ve ever met to really genuinely help us out. You can feel what a good person she is and how she went out of her way when she didn’t have to . I can’t express in words how wonderful she was towards we wouldn’t been able to do this without her . I offered her a tip because she deserved much more than that really and she wouldn’t accept it . It is refreshing to know that humanity exists still in this world and it is rare and hard to find these days people just helping one another for the sake of the helping them without expectation . This location is outstanding. Lluri made a long lasting impression of this Public storage location. Her effort needs to be acknowledged and praised to the highest amount. She was very helpful and had exceptional customer service. I am a stickler on customer care because I also work in that industry, and being kind can go a long way. So I didn’t hesitate to write a review to share my satisfaction. So again I’d like to emphasize how phenomenal Lluri was today, she deserves a promotion, or some sort of recognition from the company. I recently visited this location and left disappointed with Manager Yuri and Employee Eve. The lack of care for customers and the horrible customer service provided by Eve were beyond unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this location as you are likely to encounter a complete disregard for your needs and a frustrating experience!!

Property is not as nice as the other ones, but the difference is that the manager Angelica is great and helpful and always has a smile. Great service.

Although the security of this facility could be better, there is a storage unit for every type of situation. There were a few things I wasn't very impressed with, but the customer service made up for it. I personally used this location as a catch-all while moving out of my house, and I only had the unit for a month.
Pictured is the entrance and exit keypads, the main halls of units, the condition of the door and lock to my unit, the 6ftx9ft unit I had rented, the main office, and the general layout of the facility.
I believe this location is great for short-term, big and bulky items, or general supplies that you just need out of your personal space. I would not advise leaving expensive equipment, valuables, or anything that could easily be damaged or taken if anything were to unfortunately happen. There are other public storage locations that have more secure systems in place with regards to both potential weather damage and theft. If your main goal is to store valuables with more guaranteed security, I would suggest spending the extra money on another location.
However, the customer service at this location was very pleasant from my first day. I very much value the genuineness of the employees that I interacted with as I went in and out of the facility. If I can remember correctly, I met Robert and Dalia (or similar name) and they were very wonderful every time I was there. I am mostly a people person, so the five stars is because of them, but the facilities in general would receive a three out of five stars if I was being blunt about my thoughts. However, I wasn't personally too concerned about how long my stuff would be stored here so it didn't devalue my stay.
I hope that this facility gets some much needed upgrades soon, including locker sized units as those seem to be scarce, but very reasonably priced and helpful for smaller storage situations.
