This was a finance Fraud whereas the golddust location charges me close to 180.00 My contract was 54$$ They have n excuse for any argument . The légal nature is scetchy. Never Never visit the site unless you are a contract attorney to add client adendrum.

The elevator size was not optimal for me to use their storage location as my furniture would not have fit into it, so I had to cancel last minute. Autumn was wonderful in helping me through the whole process.
She walked with me to two units, helped me assess the elevators and then was able to assist me with the cancellation when I decided it was not a good fit for me.
Even though I walked in close to closing time, she was courteous, professional and extremely understanding.
They have great customer service. Just not big enough elevators, sadly.

From the entrance parking lot, to each drive up storage cubicle and interior spaces, it’s clean sanitary and doesn’t smell like it has been unkept or uncared for.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility. I am a new business owner and I have a lot of items that I need to run my business successfully. I acquired a unit here as part of my business and it’s been rather interesting. The staff and manager are amazing. I was greeted by name and smile. Life is frustrating and it doesn’t matter if it’s a phone conversation or face to face you hear the smile in Anna’s voice. You are treated with respect and made to feel like they care. Anna went above and beyond for me and I cannot say thank you enough. This facility will treat you right

Highly recommend the Public Storage location at. 8889 Desert Cove in Scottsdale, Arizona. This location is always very clean and well maintained. The site manager, Anna, with exceptional management skills has created a warm and welcoming environment. The entire staff are always very professional and courteous. They're always ready to answer questions both in person and by phone. I'm very grateful to have a top notch and safe place to store my household goods. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Anna is the greatest, she’s always friendly and super helpful. My boyfriend left his drill sitting out and she held on to it not knowing who’s it was and sure enough 2 weeks of searching for it he decides to ask Anna about it and she had it! Been there now for 5+ years. Started at $80 a month and now just increased rates again to $280 for the same unit. Anyone out there providing long term contracts?

My first experience was with ANNE and she was extremely diligent; and I’ve spent most of my time with Jacob, who is an absolute superstar in my mind.
I would hope that the company promotes, especially JACOB. He would be a great trainer and I will definitely be going out of my way to send people here because I’m in property management and real estate and it’s a wonderful location right near the Chick-fil-A on Shea.
Been here awhile and love the clean facility. Anna is always helpful, anytime I call she is friendly. Recommend this location to everyone.

Anna is amazing. I called and asked a couple of questions and she convinced me to come in and take a tour. The property has a great layout and there is AC units too! I needed a AC unit because of my wooden bedroom set. Thank you for keeping it clean!

Overlooks highway 101 - Easy to get to and staff has always been kind. Our non profit needed a place to store hundreds of wax LED candles - in the AZ heat. We were blessed to find this place with a unit in one of their temp controlled buildings. 5 Stars!
Great customer service at this location of Public Storage. Called with an issue today and Deja was able to help me quickly understand and resolve it. Place is clean and quiet. Easy to access with the apps.
One of the nicest and most convenient facilities in the valley. Most importantly, Anna manages a great staff and she goes out her way to put her customers first. Public Storage is a big company, but storage is a local business. In the end it all comes down to how an individual facility is managed and in this facility, Anna knocks it out the park. Keep up the great work.
