3/31. Today was my move in day. No one in the office. No one answering the phone. Thank god for other customers to help. I was there over a half hour. When I left there were people waiting to return cart. Apparently someone has to be there to get a cart and return. I called a half hour ago no return. Now I have to go unload my van somewhere else because I need the space for work. They obviously don't value your time. Just disgusted

I'll tell tell you the difference in location and the attitude of staff and a place could never be more different than my old renting space at public storage and this new one the staff and the people here are so great and I'm just so happy that I'm here with them and I've rented another space this location is the bomb and these people here at this location are A1 top notch couldn't ask for better people.

Our storage unit was broken into, over $35,000 worth of tools, equipment and our children's belongings, we were NOT reimbursed AT ALL, because WHO keeps receipts over 7 years??? And HOW do you replace receipts if they were stolen from said storage?? Oh by the way, IT WAS ALL ON CAMERA AS WELL!! NOW.. apparently a 2nd unit we have we couldn't access on 2 sep occasions because of this or that, were we refunded or discounted?? NOPE! AND..Final, every few months they randomly increase your price... DRAMATICALLY
I called and made an appointment to come in and rent a storage unit met with a lady working there named Janice rented me a unit when I got over there someone had already taken that unit so she called made some phone calls got me into another unit she was great all day long I later came back and needed another unit I know it was way past her lunch time and there were a lot of people in line but she went ahead and rented me another unit. Janice was very nice very helpful at sometimes had two phones that are ears and three people in line

They kick you out without even telling you your on probation and for petty reasons. We typed our code in twice after nine didn't get in but because it was 9:07 and we put the code in we got kicked out stupid. And staff is just generally not very pleasant

Omg where do I begin ! I've been here at this storage for a long time. Ive been out of state for the last two years. Eileen has been the best thing that has happened to this location. From actually returning my calls to checking into questions that I had to saving me money monthly and waiving a couple fees. I can't thank you enough just for your excellent customer service , you're friendly smiles and just thoroughly helping me stay on top on this storage unit. You need a all inclusive paid for vacation on the companies dime. There have been plenty of simple things that could have made my experience a lot better before Eileen came. I'm thankful she's here now and I definitely would recommend anyone to store your goods here and leave Eileen an amazing review. Thank you for being the best part of public storage. I thank you for everything and helping me close this chapter for good. David should really be retrained. He wasn't able to assist with anything at all even as simple as transferring to the voicemail. Overall he had a really poor attitude in person and over the phone and I had to leave and wasted a lot of time with him. Thank you so much again. I hope you win !!!! Eileen @ the I-17 + 24th Ave location is an absolute angel.
My initial phone call looking for storage was amazing -- the girl in the main corporate phone center helped me get the exact perfect size of Unit I needed, she made sure the access location on-site was convenient for me, she got everything set up exactly how I needed it and I was then able to just show up to the Site and access my unit. I was so excited to have had such amazing customer service. Since I have been in Customer Service for 25+ years, I'm very critical, but also immediately recognize someone who cares about what they do & how their clientele feels to the same caliber that I care for my customers.
However, my first interaction with a different on-site employee was less than stellar. I can now say - I think we were probably both having a bad day & we're just easily able to press each other's buttons, but then Eileen reached out to me, and completely restored the first impression -- then she surpassed it. She listened to my grievances and concerns, she remained goal-oriented on a resolution to my concerns, and she delivered - above and beyond. I was ready to pull the plug and have my belongings moved to another company, but Eileen (and her district manager who was also great!) were able to make me feel 100% confident with continuing our relationship. they listened to all of my needs and preferences, made sure I was taken care of, and they even remember the small & personal things I've told them anytime I see them again.
Some people are just made for customer service and some people are not -- but the care Eileen has exhibited is clearly just who she is. She will likely be running the entire company someday - & with good reason . Bravo.

There was a little bit of an issue with another customer and considering I have no patience for stupidity they managed to handle the situation with grace! It’s crazy over there. They don’t have a garage you can drive through and unload or load your things…. make sure if you rent online make sure you go in in person and look at the unit before you purchase online. I would recommend going in in person not online because what you get is what you’re stuck with cause then they’re gonna turn around and transfer it to a different unit and you don’t no longer get the online pricing and they charge you for the transfer, I got a 10 x 5 and I ended up with a 2 x 3 how does that work and I had to pay a transfer fee and now I no longer get the online rate And you’re no longer a new customer to get it for one dollar you screwed up your chances of getting the promotion Caution

The entire basement level smells like cat pee and there's bugs flying everywhere and dogs roaming around. the security gate has been broken FOR MONTHS, making it very awkward to go in and out. There's one door and 3 carts for everyone to share. Go somewhere else
UPDATE! The new ladies working here are really nice, and are really serious about the new carts not being taken. They have them literally chained and locked to the wall inside the STILL VERY BROKEN carport, and in order to use each one, you must go into the office, give them your ID or credit card or something important as collateral, and you have to bring them back the key whenever they close the office that day, sometimes an hour before, depending on who you get the key from. I understand they don't want people to steal the carts but come on, there's got to be a better way to go about this. You have security cameras and codes for everything, can't you check those if the carts get taken? Fix the drive thru car port and carts and stop leaving at random times without notice, your customers are so fricken confused and deserve a lot better, especially when you keep raising the rates.
I was helping a friend move things into storage, as she is moving out of state. The biggest problem I/we had, was their to door was apparently broken, so we had to unload in the hot Phoenix heat, and pull the carts through the narrow door.
Every time we needed to go to the unit in the second floor, my friend needed to put in a long code into a keypad, instead of having a key card, as is used at other properties. This was a cumbersome process to just use the elevator.
Eileen is one of best staff members I have met. She is always helpful. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs. When I needed to vent she was there to listen with great advice.

They are great to the clients that rent here. The only place in the area that treats paying customers like human beings. A lot of times people end up in storage with the last little bits of their belongings because of bad events break ups, divorce, job loss,deaths etc. etc. they at least show a modicum of respect and thoughtfulness when it comes to every individual and their unique circumstances. Kudos on you.
The process of renting a storage unit was made simple, quick and easy by the staff at this particular location. A much appreciated fact as time is a most valuable commodity. The staff was efficient and had their thing down to a science so that the entire process is an easy task to accomplish. Eileen made us feel welcome and without any pause or delay very quickly and professionally she fielded our questions and provided us with a storage unit in a well lit, clean, indoor facility that is in an accessable location just off a major transit hub. The amount of time that Eileen saved us is HUGE! Public Storage is a well run, professional and efficient storage unit facility which provides a safe and secure area for your affects that need to be stored.

Bait and switch strategy prevalent. They have been increasing prices on our two units almost every other month. Now our $189 unit is costing $300+/month with no consideration for autopay or anything else. Looking to move out soon as our requests to adjust our price falls on deaf ears.

Would be five stars but they won’t fix the loading bay doors and the carts keep going missing. The elevators are down a lot and the stairs are locked but always pretty clean don’t see bugs prices are okay. Slowly going downhill though

Someone went into my storage and only stole my Paris suitcase with my clothes. I knew I had locked my storage and was told i could have left it unlocked. Today I was moving and I found the lock in one of my drawers. Clearly it was cut and I’m sure it was someone apart of staff. I was told to file a police report. I didn’t because I knew my suitcase was done for and it was the only thing missing.
Moved my stuff out on 6/1 received a call today 6/2 telling me my unit was vacant and I would still have to pay $63 because I didn’t move out on the 1st. Newsflash I did. Proceed to tell them I’m out since y’all stole my suitcase. They told me I had to pay the $63. I told them I’m not and they said I had to pay by 10 days or I will be going to collections. Told them ok I still won’t pay them.
Y’all are dumb for thinking I’m going to pay when y’all stole my stuff.
I have a good opinion of this place, except that they raise the rent price frequently. If they continue with that practice, I would look for a way to rent my belongings in another store.

Employees are good. Customer service policies are trash. No leeway whatsoever. The exit gate has been broken for over a month. Causing traffic jams. Closes at 9. 9?!?! Elevators and gates stop working. One of the elevators is always broken anyway. And since the exit gate is crashed and destroyed, if you happen to be parked inside in the loading area, you are stuck. Forget it. You live here now. I'm going back to my old unit. It's a bit farther but worth the drive. P.S. half the time, there are dogs roaming around unleashed. Randomly.

I had a great experience at public storage. A very nice young lady assisted me with the right side storage room that I needed at an affordable cost. She was able to find the right size unit for my things. She has great customer service skills and is very understanding of one's situation.
Both of the workers have been very patient with me. Never used one before, my wife just passed and it's not valuable, but to me. Was being a worry wart.

If I could give a negative review I would. The employee Daniel has made me feel intimidated and scared to visit my storage unit and just like others have mentioned my storage unit looks like it's been tried to be broken into. Not only that I've had them violate my rights as an American with disabilities when they complained about my service dogs and and trying to access the bathroom which only floor one has access to I got stuck in the stairwell and had no way out except to go down to the basement level and they had to complain about that when it wasn't even my fault. They threaten you they try to steal your stuff it seems and they're overall just a horrible company. If I was able to move to a different storage company I would but they want to make that difficult in and of itself. I have things in my storage unit for my father was passed away and it's the only things I have of his and it seems like they want to take people's belongings because they want to get profit from that or something. I am definitely planning to file a lawsuit and I am definitely without question going to do everything in my power to make sure that these people learn how to respect not only those with disabilities but how to respect their clients people that pay money to store their items here. There's a homeless shelter nearby right next door with multiple people that have dogs and yet anytime there's been anything related to a dog on property they want to blame me and me alone and basically single me out. Totally not what I was expecting they seem to like such a good company when I chose to store with them but now all I'm seeing is a horror movie worse than any horror movie you could ever imagine. Avoid this place like the plague and if anyone tells you this is a good Storage Company do not believe them because I can guarantee you without a shadow of a doubt there's something Shady going on.

If you want your unit broken by the employees then this one is GRRREATTT !!! ALL OF OUR STUFF WAS GONE THROUGH TORE UP!!! ALL OF OUR KIDS THINGS MESSED UP AND THINGS WE CAN NEVER GET BACK they also took dead loved ashes who does that? They have video of who did it too and wouldn't show us without a police report it's horrible and karma is coming 😁
Great company and as I do understand how the layout has to be for the area, it is so inconvenient to have to enter a code every time you need to go to the basement for your unit. It's just tedious moving in or out. That's the only thing that I would say is stopping me from giving 5 stars.
I recently had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. They locked my storage unit without any prior notice or communication because I had spent more time than usual at my storage unit, which I later found out was considered suspicious by their district manager, Ashley. I don't understand how this was considered suspicious.
No one informed me in advance that there was a time limit for accessing my storage unit, and no one reached out to discuss any concerns they might have had. Instead, I was shocked to discover my unit locked, effectively denying me access which I need for my BUSINESS. I was locked out on Friday morning and was told to vacate my belongings on the SAME day. To make matters worse, they wouldn't even unlock my unit until an hour before closing.
My interaction with the district manager, Ashley, was equally disheartening. When I attempted to address the situation and understand why my unit had been locked, Ashley's response was anything but accommodating. She displayed a rude and dismissive attitude, refusing to provide any substantial explanation for theirs actions. Moreover, Ashley failed to point out any clause in my lease agreement that stipulated specific time limits for accessing my unit, which only added to my frustration and confusion. I don't consider it suspicious that my usual time of 15 mins happened to jumped to an hour when I got more clients and I just needed more time to sort my belongings and get the required materials to service my new clients.
This entire ordeal left me feeling unfairly treated and disrespected as a PAYING customer. A storage company should prioritize clear communication, respect for their clients, and adherence to the terms of their agreements. Unfortunately, my experience with this company fell short on all these fronts.
I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company. Their lack of transparency, arbitrary actions, and unprofessional behavior, as demonstrated by the district manager Ashley, and their front desk attendant have left me with a bitter taste.
DO NOT RENT HERE !! I Had a 10x15 unit for 5 months to store janitorial equipment and supplies for my cleaning business. when I came to the facility last week I was denied access inside to then find out I had been locked out of my unit. Never was I notified in an way for 3 days this went on an I was told it was locked because the manager needed to speak with me. I was not behind on payment so this was beyond confusing on why it was locked. when I was able to finally get a hold of ASHLEY the district manager, she stated that my time coming and going into the unit since May had increased from 30 min to 2 hours at a time and for that reason she decided to terminate my rental. Never before have I heard of a time limit for coming and going in a unit. Every person who has a storage unit obviously comes and goes ! some times may be longer than the next . But overlocking up my unit for that reason an then terminating my rental is Absolutely wrong !! An on top of that I lost out by not being able to conduct business for the days she wrongfully locked up my unit. I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE COURTS!!! An make sure no one ever has to go through this issue. This place is beyond wrong and will be held ACCOUNTABLE for the UNLAWFUL actions they have made!

Was going to rent a small unit space but ended up not needing it the same day and cancelled and they are refusing to refund my $50. I will be filing a civil suit against public storage. This is illegal. I never utilize the space or broke the lock.
No one is ever here I’ve came here a few times just to waste gas! I need help with my lock and to get stuff out but no one is ever here. And if someone is here then they’re hiding in the back somewhere not doing their job !

This place is always dirty! No access to the doors when people park next to the gate. If you stay longer than a couple of notes your rent will go up! And by up I stated at $215 for 4 months then it jumped to 467$ for another 5 months now it just jumped this month to 589$ for a 10×20. They said it's because the market and what other storage places are charging. Called another storage place indoors climate control just like this one 217$ a month. Looks like they can't fill there units so they just charge the people that have units 3x the normal rent to make up for it. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE FOR STORAGE
Our original contract started at $117. Here we are, approximately 2 years later and we are up to $178 a month. They have one available about 2 feet larger than what I have advertised on their site for $124. Beware, they are only good for very short term use.
They offer free or 50% off to new customers and then very good rates going forward, but just as you get settled in, they will often increase your price. We have been there about 2 years and just got increased again. We started at $117 and are up to around $178, yet they offer new customers $124 for a ubit larger than ours.. They don't look out for their long term,, steady paying customers that are easy because they don't have to lose rent days,, process new contracts,, clean after someone moves out,, etc.. They just collect their money every month without giving loyal customers any incentive to stay. I would think they would give long term customers some kind of incentive for staying, but I feel like they would rather we leave, so they could rent the unit I pay $178 monthly for to someone else for $124. It's definitely time to find a different storage solution that we can trust to at least keep the price they advertised for your first year before they start hitting you with increases!
I have been here a week now and have not been able to use my unit because there were not any light in hallway that shed light into my unit. my unit is 2029. I have constantly been asking for some light. I am a senior and don't want to break my legs trying to get into my unit because I'm unable to see exactly where I'm stepping. I feel very disappointed in the customer service area of this company. Take ur $$ but don't care if u can use unit afterwards. Waste of my time and gas coming over here. I wanted to take the opportunity to share a review concerning my experience at Public Storage. The few times I have been to the storage on 24th Avenue near Northern Avenue and I-17. I have encountered a worker and gentleman named Damien. HIs customer service skills and attention to detail is remarkable. He is kind and welcoming. He helped make a very hectic day more relaxing and the conversation was good as well. We all at times can go about our day in haste and lose sight of what is most important. I was very impressed with Damien's work ethic and his desire to take care of the customer. I have informed all my friends and family about the great customer care I received from Damien at Public Storage. Damien is a true asset to Public Storage and their mission and I hope they are treating him like a valued employee.
Update: They changed owners or management, and it went downhill 100%. The garage door to get in broke, so it remained open, so it was no longer a secure location. The exit garage door broke, so they boarded it up causing major issues with getting in, loading or unloading, then having to back out, hoping no one was parked behind you. It reeked of pee and cigarettes, used needles on the ground, filthy. The temperature control was no longer a functioning feature. We emptied the unit as quickly as possible, and I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Unsafe, not secure, disgusting, etc. So disappointing.
I'm no stranger to storage facilities, and I can tell you, Beyond Self Storage is the best, no, the VERY BEST storage facility I've ever used. Make sure you reserve a unit from their website to get the best deal available. Doug processed the paperwork, gave us a tour, and answered every question we had with honest wit and charm. The facility is easy to find. It is super secure, very clean, and kept at a lovely air conditioned temperature that is a godsend in the summer in Phoenix. If you are looking for a storage unit, you'll be grateful you chose this one!

This is an amazing place, when I got my unit Desiree showed me where my unit was and was very polite and answered all my questions, today when I went to lay down for a nap my phone rang and Damian was calling from public storage to let me know my lock hadn't fully latched, I appreciate that more than words can express. Thank you Damian for taking the time to do your job and ensure all units are secure, not only that but also taking the time to call me and let me know about my mistake. Afterwards I went to thank him in person, he was very respectful, and helpful, amazing customer service. Don't have enough good thongs to say about my experience here. Highly recommended!

Nice to have climate control and extra security but when it says 10x20 they need to let us stack to the ceiling not have a chain link fence as a ceiling to where people can cut open and crawl in and out of. Which mine looks like it has already been done that way. Plus they hiked the rent up without notice and didn't give me a reason why.
I've been renting my storage unit with them for Just about 5 months now. I've done everything online and today was the first time I actually went into the office and actually spoke to someone face to face. So here is my experience so far:
The issue that I was having was my rent being increased starting April. I've already paid my rent for March. But I recently went to check on my balance and it said that I haven't paid my rent for March and that the increase is applied to my March rent. I went in and Damien got me all taken care of. Some kind of glitch in their system saying I owed one penny but it's showing the full amount for April on my March statement. Since I paid in advance he took care of that for me and also postponed the rent increase as a courtesy for The issues I was having. He went above and beyond to make sure I'm having a good experience at their location and for me to continue my patronage there. I felt well taken care of and appreciated from the service Damien provided me with.
I will say, everything has been really smooth with the process. It's basically open 24 hours and I felt safe with the locking mechanism where I can store my car to unload things. I never had to see anyone face to face which is good if you care about social distancing. I kept temperature sensitive beauty items in my unit and never had any issue with them.
However, the Wi-Fi from my providers (At&T) is absolutely horrendous at this location. It makes it basically impossible to watch videos or listen to music as I'm sorting through my unit, which is very inconvenient. As well as makes the app take awhile to load to unlock the doors.
And the biggest negative, if you are worried about square footage, make sure you bring a measuring tape and look at the unit before you rent it. As stated by other reviewers and from my experience as well, The unit is in fact smaller than advertised. I'm paying for a 5x10 and I'm getting more like a 3x8. And that's not even including the 4in around the edges that have metal paneling so you have to fit smaller items around the sides like yoga mats, small bags etc. As well as keeping 3 inches from the door as there are metal guards on it. I attached photos of my unit so you can see what I'm talking about.
Overall, I do recommend this location. Just make sure you go in and check out the unit before renting.

I’ve had my storage with public storage for almost a year and I have never had a problem at all. I needed help with setting up movers to pick my stuff up without my being there. I believe Angel and Stella were the ones to help. Stella went out of her way to come and cut the lock for me due to my not being able to fly back. Angel…. Where do I start with this one. She went above and beyond and every single time I called her she returned my call within minutes. And I called probably 10 times because of the back and forth with the movers!
Let me give some context to what was going on.
The movers set the pick up date for the 27-29th of this month. They called and said the pick up would be the 28th. Angel set a lock cut for around then. The movers called and wanted to move the pick up to the 27th, and then last minute said they would come on the 26th, outside of the 2 day window policy for the moving company, giving mere hours to get the lock cut. Needless to say the movers turned this into a nightmare. Angel took that worry from me and made some phone calls to have someone come cut the lock before noon when the drivers said they would arrive which they didn’t. They called and said they would be there by 4:30 so I called and notified Angel who said it would be fine and even gave a little cushion and stated she would even wait until 5:15 at the latest knowing that they would possibly be late. She even spoke to the movers on 3 way to try to resolve this issue with me even with the driver being rude trying to get her to stay until 5:30. The pick up date is now set for the next day due to the drivers being changed. She let me know that she would be there tomorrow as well as another employee (I forget the name) and stated if I was more comfortable talking to her I could ask for her to ease my stress. She kept me well informed and continued to let me know she was here for me and would do all she can to help me.
One of my twin daughters passed away and I had to move to texas and take time off to take care of my surviving daughter who was born at 27 weeks. I placed my stuff in storage and have been without furniture for a while. She did all this without knowing this and the fact that my father passed away last week who I originally moved with. I lost my entire support system which I didn’t even have to express to her but she will know after reading this. Angel did everything she could to keep my belongings safe and alleviate stress for me. I know all of this sounds like a me problem and like what she did was very simple, but after everything I’ve been thru, not once did she have an attitude with me or procrastinate. You would have had to hear it to know the level or professionalism and compassion she carried. I was so impressed because I was irritable and trying so hard to not have an attitude with everyone I encountered and speaking with her made me feel so much more calm. I can’t express how nice and refreshing it is to be met with such professionalism and caring regardless of the details of my life. I know that every customer she encounters will be met with the same. It takes a lot to leave your problems at the door and remove your personal feelings and just be a decent human being. She was that for me. That type of attitude defused my almost blow up when I felt like no one was listening she was there hearing out every frustration. Before I could vent my all frustrations she was already looking for ways to help me with every problem I expressed and for that I am so grateful. Seriously!

This place is a complete dump! It's so dirty and smells. I am told that it turns into a homeless encampment at night and your items are at risk. Employees say they are overwhelmed and management will not hire new people because they are too cheap. This is the result.. I just moved in a week ago and I'm moving out ASAP. I will take my stuff to Life Storage where it is a lot cleaner and safer.

This review is long overdue, from the very get-go until now, I’ve had an extremely great experience with this location. And especially today, Kathy, and Angel, were kind enough to make sure that when they did their property walk – they were capable to spot that my unit had not been locked by me earlier that day. They gave me a courtesy call, I was able to come on down, and get it locked. Because of the great prices, and the great property security, I will be continuing my business with this location.

This was probably the worst moving experience ever. Both times I have been they only have one working elevator for those on the 3rd and second floor. Make sure you have your on flatbed/dolly because staff leaves at 5-6pm (TOO early) and you can only use theirs when staff is working. It would help if there was staff til 9-10pm because it will take all day and night to move with all the customers who are stuck trying to move in or out. Due to there only being one working elevator which is constantly in use. So you have to sit and wait so long and you have to be out and done by 9pm! The set up of this Public Storage is awful for how much they charge a month.
This place is a joke and if you choose to write a bad review they will just delete it from their website I have wrote bad reviews for this place five times now and all of them have turned up missing but they kept the pictures.

Went with my friend who was concerned about some reviews he read...an was pleased to see how they were taking the same security concerns Seriously. From agreement signed enforcement to camera security an walks about the place. Even the people met that day asked if we had a code before letting him enter with them. He was feeling much better after leaving there.

So I went to drop off a couple things to my storage room and wanted to pull inside the garage by the elevators and the manager comes out or actually the employee comes out and tells me to park outside and bring my stuff in through the small door because he was going to clean the pavement. I still let people in there. It was over 100° outside roasting hot and I didn't want to carry my items from outside to the inside by the elevator so it's a long way to haul them. I was very disappointed and ended up not dropping anything off that day.

Back in April I was in a bit of a bind, having nowhere to put my stuff after a previous public storage unit turned out to not have air conditioning for the summer. I highly recommend Public storage.. With everything on the rise they we're really able to help me out! They honestly have best prices in town hands down! Kody at the location off of I-17 and Northern Ave is awesome he was so nice and helpful showed how to get everything done thru the app witch is really cool I can pay open the gate and and more! He also made me feel totally comfortable renting from them! So Kody Thank you again for being so helpful and nice and knowledgeable!

If this review was based on overall appearance i would give it 1 star. When i first rented my unit the place was in total chaos. The office was closed and The security guard was trying to check in like 6 people by way of looking thru a ledger printout to see if you owed money and were allowed access to your unit. There were homeless people all hanging outside and garbage EVERYWHERE!! I was very disappointed and has planned on nor being there for any length of time. The elevator was and still is DISGUSTING. I dont think its ever been wipes down or hosed out at all!
BUT i will say now the conditions have improved IMMENSELY! They have a secured roll up door to allow you to drive in and park inside while you access your unit so no one bothers you asking for money and so forth.
AND the people that work there are so GREAT. Kody is so helpful and polite. He went out of his way to help my husband get some our stuff down to the car seeing that he had foot surgery and was still having some problems moving around. He went above and beyond the scope of his job requirements and his thoughtfulness is the ONLY reason we still have our unit there.

It started off a lil rocky I did online reservation and paid for the unit but when we arrived the unit that was already in use.. I was of course a lil upset but KODY the gentleman who was working on the front office fixed the problem and got us in an even better unit than the 1that was reserved... He has absolutely great customer service.. He made sure before we left we where comfortable with the new unit and helped us move our things.. Before we left I was very satisfied with the service and My husband and I were very happy with his service ...

Been using this storage unit for about six months now and never expected much considering the location. The first few times getting a push cart dolly had been inconvenient, either couldn’t find the front desk clerk or clerk was on lunch. But these past two times or so I had experienced Kody the front desk clerk. Kody is so helpful, so informational and accommodating. Not only is he pleasant but he communicated well with my time frames so I was never waiting around. As kody was doing his rounds, i asked him to breifly keep an eye on my truck while my son napped in his car seat. Unloading into my storage unit for those five minutes was not worth waking my son and because he has three kids he understood. Thank you public storage for hiring a confident and competent gentleman.

But kody is a decent guy I was there today waited quite a long time office door was closed locked up 10 customers try to come in the door but it was locked.kody next time you leave the office it only takes 30 seconds to write a note stick it on the door I'm on break I'll be back in 20 minutes or whatever

Getting my unit was easy with Kody's service. There were a lot of people and he was able to efficiently help everyone. He answered all of my questions as well. I haven't stored anything in my unit yet so I can't speak to the safety of the units nor to the conditions, so that is why I rated 3 stars.
Kody, the manager on duty offered his help when I was running late. He even offered to stay bit after to make sure I got my move done. Facility is in a rougher area, but secuity has been good, and the units are air conditioned, affordable, and accessable by elevator. Its a decent value for money.

Absolute garbage. Chafed me for the month of April when I vacated on the 12th & quite literally spoke with the receptionist on the 29th of March, AND received my vacant letter to my email. I left nearly 10 voicemails yesterday from opening to close, with zero response back. Consider hiring someone that knows how to do her job.

Dirty. Horrible. I hated having my stuff there. The elevators were always dirty. One day I had to avoid one of them because it smelled of urine.
I have a 50/50 rating I like some things & I don't like other things. If you're thinking about renting a unit, go there and walk around, go up to the different floors and look around.

I arrived at the facility this morning at 7:00 a.m. and it was standing wide open nobody was on site. When I tried to reach the corporate office I was given the runaround by automatic phone systems. I never did reach a live person. When the office staff arrived at 9:30 I went to the office and ask them why it was standing wide open she lied and said that somebody had come at 6:00 in the morning and the door stuck open when they left. It was the entrance door that was stuck open so how could it stand open when they left that's the opposite door. Covering their butts like always. Then as I was carrying things to my car I slipped and fell on a pack of ranch dressings that was left in the indoor loading driveway. This is a facility that was built approximately one year ago and I was called in December to come and inspect my unit that very day because they had a flood which of course is not covered by insurance. Not to mention that shortly after moving in here I had a full trailer of my belongings stolen right under the security camera which they claimed was offline that day. My trailer was locked and it was sitting right next to my car. The insurance that I had bought through public storage which by the way is facilitated by public storage only covers theft if it is out of the unit not the parking lot that is not monitored by cameras even though there's a camera there. That left me no recourse for insurance claim. Then I saw the people that stole my trailer on the property on a later day. they have a unit at this very storage facility! I'm thinking maybe management is involved in the theft ring. That's what I know about this place you might want to think about renting someplace else.
