As an ongoing customer for many years, Meg has been top notch and my constant go-to.
I needed help and went into the office. What a nice lady! (Meg I think?) Super nice staff and great location.
Sales woman on the phone was very pushy to get me to agree to everything before I saw how much it will cost me at signing. They needed $1 for rent then $29 for administration fees. Once I signed everything and paid I was told my vehicle needed to be running to be stored there. My vehicle was not, so it was canceled. She told me she sent something to get my $30 refunded. I called 4 days later to be told its nonrefundable. Maybe I'm in the wrong. Whole thing felt scummy.
Meg is the best. I have had an account with Public Storage at 1075 Bethlehem Pike, Montgomeryville for 7 years, and if ever there was an error in billing or any another issue, Meg always called to let me know and then expertly helped me resolve the issue. Thank you Meg!

I was renting a storage unit C094 from the Montgomeryville Public Storage and it was a horrific experience from the beginning. About seven months ago Public Storage auctioned off my storage unit which had my life's possessions and property in that storage unit. I tried many times to contact either a district or regional manager and never received a return call. It was a despicable, heartless and vicious act that destroyed and decimated my life. I was left with nothing and probably lost over a $100k Of personal property and my life's possessions not to mention my sentimental possessions that could never be replaced. A major lawsuit is coming!

I have rented with Public Storage at 1075 Bethlehem Pike, Montgomeryville, PA 18936 for more than eight months now and it has been a horrific experience. They have assessed over $150 in fees and blindsided me with a monthly rent increase that I was never advised or notified about. It is wrong and unconscionable that I am paying almost three times what they are currently charging. I spoke with a district manager by the name of Jerome last month who said he would honor the original monthly rental rate I was paying, as long as my balance is $0 which it is. Jerome just lied to me and never honored what he promised which is despicable. After leaving four voicemails for Jerome I realized what a liar he is. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and escalated a complaint via Public Storage's customer service. I will exhaust all legal avenues moving forward. Megan, the store manager has been helpful and accommodating at times but no customer should be inundated with fees every month, overcharged and lied to by the District Manager (Jerome). It's just been a terrible experience.

I had to store stuff here again because I was in a pickle. It’s overpriced and my stuff is getting ruined / not only because of the no climate control, but they had done something on the property, and now my stuff is covered with dirt, grime& dust. The person I spoke to on the phone didn’t help me. Now I have to contact insurance.
I don’t recommend it’s like throwing money away. I will try to include photos when I go back

Rodents infested! We reported the problem last month! The lady who lives above the rental office told us they NEVER had a problem with any rodents and she doesn’t even know what rodents are 🙈🙈🤣. One month after when we reported damage to our furniture, the person(different person) told us they spray, put bites and they are not able to control rodents. They keep coming. So go ahead , pay $400 monthly and have your stuff eaten by rodents. They will tell you that’s not their insurance and their job to do anything. We’re out but we wanted to let you know, whatever you store there will be damaged, it’s not one unit problem , they have rodents problem. They will tell you,you don’t have the insurance with them so it’s on you. My question is: at what point we agreed ( in rental agreement) we are cool with rodents eating out stuff???
