Terrible conditions at public storage willow grove Pa today .. they did not plow or salt property as of noon today …. Cars couldn’t get up slope to access … there was an employee out by gates with a cup of salt… it did absolutely Nothing to Melt ice…. I told him it’s embarrassing and terrible and he just shook his head. He could give a crap. This is how they treat their property and customers . I was slipping and sliding while I walked to my unit and felt a twinge in my knee and now I’m icing it. Seriously … go check it out. But be prepared to fall on your face from ice. What a disgrace
No problem so far clean and no access problem as of yet
This is the worst company ever. After three months, they doubled my rent. When I GENEROUSLY said I wasn't taking a full double in rent, but WAS willing to NEGOTIATE, the guy on the phone literally told me to look elsewhere for another storage unit. He said it didn't matter to him because he "doesn't work on commission." Since there was no PERSONAL benefit to him, he didn't care about me at ALL. I am writing this review in hopes that ownership of this company will it and KNOW THAT THIS IS THE ATTITUDE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE. Unacceptable. Once I am back in PA in a couple months, I will be permanently moving out of my unit here. Your business model and customer service is UNBELIEVABLE. Nearly $90 for a 5X10 space. Was $40 when I signed the lease. $40 is reasonable. $90 is not. They also told me to expect a rent increase at least once a year. (AT LEAST!!!)
ALSO, someone entered my unit to place mice traps (which is fine), and upon closing the door on exiting, broke a table of mine close to the door (which is not fine). Of course, they denied responsibility. How can you run a business like this and sleep at night.

The unit some units had some issues and with his experience he assured me that that's not what he wanted to rent me so I rented another one same area but better condition if it wasn't for him I would have went with another company yes another storage space provider
I am actually very disappointed in public storage. I've only been with them for 4 months, and they're already raising the rent by almost twenty dollars. I have had a hole in the wall and a piece missing in the ceiling since I moved my things in. I've reached out to them three times in regards to fixing this, and every time they just put me off and say that it's gonna take forever to fix. I do not feel my rent should be raised due to this issue. And I will be moving to a different storage facility if they cannot accommodate my concerns.

A self-service kiosk is at this location. No restrooms, they don't sell supplies, and no one is there to assist you, unless you call. Very overpriced, especially considering these circumstances.

I Had a bad experience here. Refunds are only available if you move out the same day you move in. Would not recommend moving any furniture in due to the smell and dampness. I moved in furniture and moved out the following day because i was told i could get a refund. I got no answer when calling the manager the day i moved out and the following day was told i will not be getting any refund. the only people to help is a call center in california and they would not listen to the problems I had. (damp room, dirty unit, no electric to light socket, door hard to open) also no one is available to help at the location only a kiosk with video chat. as far as im aware nothing will be done to fix the unit for the next customer. It could be a good idea to closely inspect your unit before paying to move in.
