Great storage facility. It’s clean and well lit. And you can actually pull inside the building, which is very nice in Minnesota winters.
More importantly, I’m temporarily out of state and I know that my possessions are safe and secure.

Good for the price. I like being able to gain entry via the app. No access to restrooms when office is closed. I received a call letting me know bathrooms are available and new signage will be up soon.

I appreciate the kindness and patience she has for her customers. She is very positive and polite in making sure my questions and concerns were answered in the appropriate manner and timely manner. I felt comfortable in knowing no questions asked were just as important as any other questions asked whether big or small she was able to assist. If she didn’t have the the answers at the moment she told me she would call me back with the answers, it didn’t take weeks or months. I really thought that was very important, getting back to answer my questions.

LaQuoia the manager have been the BEST especially during this time of pandemic. She's been patient and understanding. Her main concern is the customers. She's been there for many like myself and makes this time less stressful. Wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. She and Public Storage at this location have been a gem.

Walking in to public storage laqoria brighten my day. I was a little under stress. Laqoria make my day. I move to Minnesota from Columbus Ohio. I book at uhal storage before moving to Minnesota. Long story shorty they took my money but I couldn’t get in my storage. They gave me so much attitude I walk out with my refund upset and under stress. So to say Ms laqoria help me in every way she can with my attitude and temper. I walk out of public storage with a big smile and a load of my back. Thanks laqoria and public storage.

Public Storage has increased my fees after 6 months, read the fine print cause the price you paid will change after 30 days. They can also change fees, monthly rent, and additional charges along with change other terms after 30 days and they will.

I went into this location on 32nd and Hiawatha unsure if I was going to keep my rental reservation or just cancel it and do something else and the young lady that served me provided me with stellar customer service, which made me solidify my decision to keep my storage room and upgrade the size, she was awesome, Laquoia, what a wonderful representation of public storage,thank you .

Well, if you can get past the odd hours that someone is actually in the office, due to what they call alternative office hours, I guess it's not too bad. The reality is they are not open the posted hours and it makes it difficult to do business. The facility is however clean and spacious, well lit and the best part is the ability to be able to pull your vehicle indoors to your locker and not have to park outside.

It's fine for what you pay, but nothing to brag about, and these available hours are the absolute worst!! As someone who works 9-5p and has a whole lot of business to take care of on the weekends, I have to practically take time off of work to go visit my own belongings that I pay to store there. It was so stressful and difficult that it required taking so much time off work while moving, in order to get my stuff into this unit. There are even other storage places in the same area with better access than this, even 24 hour access. This place is not accessable to enjoy work during the day.

This place is exactly what you're looking for in a storage unit. It is temperature controlled.. The location is even big enough to drive your car, van, or truck through which is convenient when the weather isn't ideal.
However, getting help outside of the app when you need something can be frustrating.
We had a wonderful experience with LaQuoia she got us all set up with our rental storage unit. She was very helpful and even helped us with getting our phones set up with the app on in our phones. Thank you LaQuoia

My stuff is there, dry, unfrozen. Maybe a little humidity, but not enough to be a problem. I have one of those little containers of chemicals they sell to take out the humidity, and it filled with water, but my stuff isn't damp or smelly.
So yeah, the place gets the job done, nothing fancy. No problems so far, except for occasional times I'd like to have access but they are closed. But the hours are reasonable.
LaQuoia has been very helpful with reminders and has always been very helpful when we need to access the facility. LaQuoia has been with the site for many year and is super dependable.
Many issues with mice, but LaQuoia was so helpful with closing my account when I no longer needed storage. Thank you, such a great employee!
