I had signed a rental agreement but was ultimately unable to rent from this location due to the likelihood of needing earlier access hours than are currently allowed. Jessica's incredible service resulted in me not being charged for my own mistake. I regret not being able to rent here due to the location, cleanliness, and service. I hope in the future the window of access hours will be expanded. Regardless, you will be in excellent hands should you be lucky enough to rent a space with Jessica's support.

Jessica was amazing at the downtown Minneapolis public storage location! She was there to greet us, helped us upgrade to a larger unit as we desperately needed, showed us where to find the dolly to help ease our move in process and even called us when we didn’t properly lock our unit all the way! Excellent customer service. Everyone there was extremely helpful, and kind. The 425 Washington location is all self-service and my storage garage didn’t have a lock when I got there, but the other facility is just a block away with a full service office. Jordan stayed late to make sure I was all set up. The virtual customer service reps were also very helpful and the self-service kiosk. All in all, good experience so far.

He talks very well. I understood everything he said. HE WILL make this company proud. There was a gentleman there who help me with the kiosk, he gave me a tour and showed me how to get to my locker. He kind of on the thick side. African American gentleman
