I needed a place to store my car in downtown for a month. Public Storage met my needs and was better pricing than some of the other lots and/or garages for this length of stay. Daniela was great assisting me with the details and getting everything completed to secure this parking spot.

We had to come down here because our storage is automated. We were told that we needed to talk to someone face to face to change some things on our account. Rachelle was so wonderful and friendly. She helped us quickly and efficiently. We left the office and realized our car wouldn't start. We tried to jump it with our little portable jumper, and it didn't work. She came out and hooked us up to her own car. We sat out there talking and waiting. It still didn't work, so we all started problem solving. Rachelle definitely went above and beyond for strangers. I ordered my unit online. I’m very dimensionally challenged. But, was able to go to the front office where I was greeted by “Rochelle” and she was able to quickly get me transferred to a bigger space, With no hassle. Plus the next day the app was tweaking out when trying to access the code to get in. I again was able to receive such great customer service! She provided me options on how to get the app going again, as well as my access code. I Highly recommend it’s a very secure storage space with great service!

I attempted to rent a unit (online) at another location, but was unsuccessful. That store’s site manager, Jasmine, worked with me over the phone but ran into difficulties, so she sent me to the North Illinois St. location. Rep. Rachelle worked through challenges and was able to successfully get my unit on East Washington Street reserved. Rachelle even worked through her lunch break to get me taken care of and explained that my issues were due to technical errors. Kudos and much appreciation!

Can I just say that the two ladies that helped me and my sorority out were heaven sent! I walked in there really nervous because we were having to switch to a new storage unit and I had never had to use one before. They walked me through the process, and I left feeling like family to them:) They helped my organization save over $100 A MONTH, and helped us find a bigger unit that we were in. Couldn't have asked for a better experience... If you ever need a problem solved, Ellie and Rachelle are your girls

If I could have given Rachelle 6 stars, I would have. We needed a storage unit but wasn't sure what type, size, etc. Rachelle was all over it. She asked us specific and detailed questions, processed us quickly but IN NO WAY rushed us, gave us her recommended storage unit and mapped directions to the unit flawlessly. All the while, she did so with a smile on her face. Not to mention attending to the constant baragge of inbound phone calls. I'm a regular reviewer and I know quality customer service when I see it and get it and Rachelle delivered. Thank you!
