Rented a unit from here had the worst move in experience as stated in another review. Then the general manager calls me and says he will get me a refund for the space, which he did and i thought everything was done moved out. Now im getting collection calls and emails saying i owe for the move in and admin fee $32. So he refunded it and put me in collections saying I owe. Worst experience at this storage facility keeps going after move out. Please think about going somewhere else!!👎👎👎👎

This is the worst storage facility ever. I have used multiple storage places over the last ten years and this one is just gross.
Customer service is fine - no issues with that and I know there is nothing they can do on pricing because that's all corporate.
But do NOT believe any reviews saying this facility is clean. My unit and at least the ones on each side of me have the ceiling caving in and you can see a ton mold in there. They, or whoever landscapes, blows the debris right up under the door. Everything I own is covered in a layer of dirt. There are always bugs - zero pest control. I have been here for three years and I have complained about it every time my rates go up and all they say is that I can move my unit .... I can't - I live in another state. Even though I was told when I moved into that unit that my rate wouldn't go up because it was so bad.
I finally moved out of there this past weekend. I have several things were ruined from all the dirt. I saw several large roaches in my unit while moving stuff out, two nests of some sort of wasp built INTO my furniture and about a hundred silverfish. It was just absolutely gross. I have never been so relieved to move my stuff out of somewhere. They shouldn't even be charging $50 for these units.

Should have known the first day i moved in, when i found a cylinder lock for a rollup door in my unit that was supposed to have a regular key lock inside instead. I had to go to home depot an pay for a regular lock another $20. Directions for entering came with code to gate and door codes which are wrong. Tells you to press 0 and 2 digits but on the door there is only a 1-5 no 0. So that was another headache. Then after i finally get in it is hot spider webs everywhere and dirty. There is never anyone at the office until its about to close at 6pm. I called to try and get someone finally did and the lady says we will refund you for lock just come in. I go nobody is there. I went again today and there was a lady inside so i go to the door and she says sorry hun were closed. How can i get a refund? Moving stuff back out tomorrow what a horrible experience, and a waste of money. Don’t come to this public storage unless you want to go through more stress when your trying to move. Never recommend this place
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Miiko at Public Storage, and I have to say she is AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Miiko is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their job and the people they help, but Miiko is one of those people. If you’re thinking about using Public Storage, ask for Miiko you won’t regret it!

I set up my unit online. This was a pretty seamless transaction. All of the information was emailed to me. I arrived a few days later to check out my unit and was greeted by a very friendly young later who explained everything to me and even walked me to my unit which was pretty close to the office. We opened the unit and it was nice and clean with the lock that I purchased inside. I would surely recommend this location.
Noreen took wonderful care of us! We are moving and stored some of our basement excess (re: junk) for...awhile. Well maintained facility - safe, well lit, and Noreen and company obviously are keeping an eye on things!

Do not rent here. This is a poorly managed and maintained facility. They will go up on rates without informing you. Management is not helpful. You will not be able to get management help during business hours.
Rent anywhere but Public Storage. Again, finding help with any issues is not going to happen, even during normal business hours. Overall, I've had a very bad experience at Public Storage.

Love this location! I've had a storage account at this location since May. The property is clean, well kept and the staff this great! Princess is such a sweet heart! Whenever I had/have any issues she goes above and beyond to assist. I'm happy with this location.

I rarely make a review but after the GRAND EXPERIENCE I received from Ms. Princess I had to share my experience. Princess OMGEE her name definitely fits her! From the moment I stopped in she gave off a wonderful friendly, courteous, and personable vibe. She was funny and has the cutest giggle.
