I absolutely LOVE the customer service that this location provides! I am a long-term renter here and Chere' and her staff have made everything from my rental process to any issues I have experienced smooth sailing.
When I call, my calls are returned; when something is going on with the unit, I am informed in a timely manner; even when I have rate increases (which I know she has no control over), she stays calm, even in the face of people taking their frustrations out on her. I really wish they would stop because it is not fair to her and life is already hard enough.
Overall, I recommend using this Public Storage and the customer service and knowledge of Chere' and her staff. Good business is going on here.

The gentleman I spoke with at the front desk in Ocoee FL was very helpful and kind. Upon arriving he helped me with my unit and find it and it all went smoothly.
Connell was my customer service rep today when I visit he is superb, he have knowledge of everything that I've asked him, he doesn't makes me feel like my business is not important and I respect that he have exceptional customer service skill and I hope all the customer reps are like him. Chere is absolutely amazing placing the star in customer service!!! We started at this PS location March of 2021. We are avid PS renters for over 20 years across the Continental US. Finally closing on our Dunnellon home (June 2022).
Chere is friendly and fair. For management she knows how to make the experience standout from all the others we've had. Not one issue while on this property. Aside from our own errors like getting out late. No break ins, no craziness, or anything negative to call out.
We recommend her and this location for your storage needs!!!
