I initially called Public Storage to reserve a storage unit, and after going through the reservation process, I realized that the location was in the Valley and simply wasn't going to be convenient for me since I reside in Palmdale. I ended up leaving that reservation and securing a unit at a facility closer to home. What happened next, however, deserves recognition.
I just got off the phone with Raphael, who took the initiative to reach out to see if I needed assistance with my reservation. Not only was he willing to help, but he actually offered to complete the entire reservation over the phone. His warmth, friendliness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist were so refreshing that I had to stop what I was doing, right in the middle of packing up my apartment, to make sure he knew how much I appreciated his customer service.
Let's be honest: exceptional customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find! Raphael didn't make me feel like just another customer or another transaction. He made me feel valued, welcomed, and genuinely appreciated. Sometimes it's the little things, like a friendly voice, a willingness to go the extra mile, and someone who actually cares about helping people, that leave the biggest impression.

I had a great experience with Rafael. I came in before my Storage rental started to see if I could see my unit or one like it to get an idea of size. My unit is located at the location across the street and when I went by no one was there and I had no way to reach anyone, just a service to leave a message. I stopped in at this location and Rafael was SO friendly. He explained how everything worked, looked up my account and took time to show me a unit that was the same size as the one I rented. He even explained my upcoming bill to me and gave me information to help me with my move in and how to reach someone and gave me some insight on who to talk to and the timing for where the employees are. He was so friendly, his customer service was awesome and he really took his time. He was so nice and funny. He really set me at ease because I was feeling nervous after coming by and feeling like I wouldnt be able to reach anyone or have everything be automated. He's great and I hope his work is being appreciated because he definitely kept me as a customer when I had doubts.

It was a catastrophe the public storage abroad answering service. They ( I spoke several different people ) I requested American customer service which is my right as a customer.
They refused, and hang up on me. “They get pay for their non-customer service”
At the end of the day I get a call from Rafael doing a follow up call and he was outstanding with his professionalism, and verbal communication Rafael is the only one, who gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I highly recommend a financial cash bonus or/and $2.00 race in his paycheck. Rafael made the entire process a seamless one. He made sure I got the best rate available for my space. He also went out of his way to check on me before his evening shift was over. He was kind enough to bring an extra dolly so that I’d make fewer trips back and forth. The staff at this location have always been helpful!
If I would give Michael 100 stars I will. Also, Rafael at the same place getting better than before. The reason I wasn't satisfied with Rafael before.. Public Storage @6400 Foothill Blvd. Tujunga Ca with out any reason restricted my hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 Pm Which, supposed to be 6:AM to 9:30PM. Put yourself in my place what did you do?

His excellent customer service skills should be the rule of thumb for all Public Storage employees to follow. He's very professional, knowledgeable and all around pleasant. I went in here today to get a storage unit. Rafael was so nice, helpful, and has a great sense of humor. He helped me find a storage and showed me how things work around there. I was in and out of there in under 20 mins. 5 stars for Rafael!

I stopped a Sunday to buy a box, Corinne’s customer service was great. A few month later I decided to rent a unit. Michael was awesome. Now I am renting a bigger unit and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a storage in this neighborhood. They have a great team of dedicated people.

Moving is very stressful and I was so happy that I was treated with such kindness and understanding from the lady behind the counter not only did she find me everything I needed but to get my mind off the stress and laugh alittle bit was the key to help with the work ahead of me. I go to this facility often and it is always kept clean and tidy including the restroom. The newest employee Corrine is always running around picking up leaves and debris. Inside she sweeps mops. Thanks Corrine!!
