Carole was very helpful. I appreciated have the carts to use to load my things on and having an elevator.
I recently used Public Storage in Carroll, and my experience was smooth from start to finish. The facility is clean, well-kept, and feels secure, which gave me confidence leaving my belongings there. Access to the unit is simple and convenient, and I never had any issues getting in or out.
The staff was professional and helpful, making the rental process quick and easy. They answered my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving in. Pricing was fair compared to other options nearby, and overall the service met my expectations.
The only thing I’d recommend is checking availability ahead of time, especially if you need a specific unit size. Other than that, it’s a dependable and hassle-free storage option that I would use again.

I have stored with other companies in the past, but nowhere have I experienced the consistent sincere, dedicated, effective service Carole provides her clients. I tried to reserve a 10x10 unit online, but had some difficulty. Since it was close I went in and spoke with Carole who told me how to do it. Carelessly, I rented a unit but at the wrong Public Storage location. Carole helped me switch my rental to the correct location and walked me through downloading the app, setting up my account, entering and exiting the facility via gate code and everything. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and has a sense of humor that matches mine perfectly—we had several good laughs during the signup process. I’m glad I chose this location and glad to be working with Carole.

I have been storing personal items here since 2018 whilst I was away for a (supposed) 4 year international work assignment. Fast forward to this year and I am packing and shipping the bulk of my possessions to Australia and downsizing to a smaller unit.
The on-site manager, Carole, assisted me in getting the lock on my unit changed prior to my arrival - I had long since lost the key - which allowed me to quickly gain access and start the packing and sorting process. I was very happy to find that there was no damage to any of my items, even after nearly seven years of storage!!
Carole continued to provide excellent advice and service during my time on the ground and helped me to move from an unnecessarily large (and expensive) unit into a much smaller (and less expensive) unit.
I could have moved my remaining possessions to a more convenient site, but Carole's service and attention convinced me that staying with Public Storage was the right choice.
I commend Carole, office & facility manager for Public Storage on Hopper Ave, for always providing professional, helpful, and excellent service. For many years, Carole consistently explains important information and answers questions with patience and respect. When I've called with a question she calls me back right away. Cindy made the exit process very easy for me, the grounds are clean and secure with security cameras on site and a personal gate code to gain access. This is been the most wonderful experience I’ve had in regards to any storage company. It is the cleanest the most secure. And the clerk behind the desk Carroll what is the nicest person I’ve ever dealt with. She was the most friendliest person very helpful always kept the property clean. She always put her customers first before herself. She deserves a promotion and a raise.

I had no idea of what to expect, so she took me through the process step-by-step. She even suggested applying online to get a small discount. I am happy with Carole's professional manner and now I'm all set to move. Hurray for Carole, Team Public Storage.

I'm so thankful of Alexa sending me to Carole's way after I realized the unit I reserved (Santa Rosa Ave.), was in fact, a bit small for what I needed it for. Carole was super friendly and comprehensive about my situation, she recommended me to look on their website for any deals (@ Hopper Ave.). I saved about $100 if not more! By reserving the unit online. Truly appreciate it! Alexa and Carole have the best customer service.

Carole at Public Storage on Hopper is such a pleasure. I would not keep my storage unit here if it weren’t for her. She is so kind, considerate, helpful, and a great chat. She keeps this place feeling like family.
Carole SAVED our day!!! We lost our keys and she suggested a locksmith and we were in our storage unit in no time with a new lock and keys.

It was great because I forgot to put my phone number down on my reservation and I didn’t have a storage unit on whole online for me and the property manager Carole gave me a storage unit for $5.00 dollars cheaper than I would have paid for the storage unit online and I will never forget it and I really appreciated it because I had 3 months to move after I lived in the same house for 33 years when my landlord passed away and his brother and wife became my new landlords and they sold the place out from under me Carole helped me and she was great she helped me when I really needed it and I thank her very much

The staff were very helpful when I downsized from a 10x15 to a 5x5 storage unit.
I am super grateful to have found this place! Carol (the main lady I always talk to) is so sweet and suuuupppper helpful! She taught me how to use the app to gain entry through the gate and is always so friendly when she calls to remind me that my rent is due! (I am a bad tenant and sometimes pay late).
The facility itself is cool too! They have elevators for the second floor units and they have flat carts you can use to lug all your stuff to your unit with. :)
