Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 300 Treat Ave, San Francisco, CA

Everyone at the front desk is so helpful and kind. Especially Cheyenne, she got me all setup when I wanted to transfer units. She made the process so easy and I was done in 15 minutes. Thank you ladies!

I've had a storage cubbie here before it was a small one that I had to climb the stair ladder, I now have a decent size unit that I can access easily and can finally have some space back in my room. And it's definitely affordable!! And great location for the most part nice staff. The only complaint I have is not being able to call and talk to whoever is working, and that they don't have a buzzer or a number to call or a way to contact whoever is working when there is no one in the office.

Narena is absolutely amazing. Today I went in and she asked me if my lock deposit showed up because it was almost a month. She didn’t stop there she followed up and looked at my account which ended with reaching out to get some resolution. After her help I learned it was her lunch hour which just shows her level of customer service. The facility is clean and they are always friendly when I Go there!! Way to go team

My friend and I came in a few weeks ago to pay for the unit they reserved. For some reason, their reservation was cancelled but my friend was never contacted about it. The deal they had received was no longer available, so they would have to pay 3 times more than what they had planned on spending. Kevin was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to get my friend the best deal, and he did! He showed us all the options, answered all our dumb questions, and was just a total pleasure to be around. He was energetic, kind, and knowledgeable - this helped the experience go from terrible to fantastic. The other associate at the front desk, Narena, was delightful as well. She was helping another guest who was being extremely rude and disrespectful to her, but she handled it maturely and still did everything she could for that customer. After she helped her customer, we chatted for awhile. She was kind, generous, and smart, an all around amazing human. Both Kevin and Narena helped make the experience of moving things to storage a positive and uplifting one. I left feeling much better than I did going in, which I certainly did not expect. My friend and I were gushing about them the rest of the morning.

Rental process was straightforward. Was helped by Tee, who was great and answered any questions I had.

Really like this place. Prices r much better than their competitor UHaul. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is always very clean. Haven't seen a roach or a mouse dropping in the 6 months that I've been there. I recommend this facility. +10 *

Kevin was fantastic! Super helpful, above and beyond service. Facility seems clean and move in was smooth. They provide carts to assist in moving items. Very pleased with the service we received.

The online reservation experience was easy. When I arrived, Kevin showed me the unit I had reserved to make sure it suited my needs. He was very helpful and got me all set up with everything I needed. The location is nice, clean, and appears well looked after. Staff are cheery and helpful. Company has an app for accessing location and paying bills. Seems good so far. The only thing to note is that the extra costs for a padlock is not mentioned during booking. You can however bring your own, or purchase one at the location for $21.

The staff at this location are a "class act", as my grandfather would've said. They will bend over backwards for you if you treat them with respect I have seen people come in rude as rude can be and they get met with policy other times I've seen people come in and just be chill, 99% of the time it seems like that's when solutions to unsolvable issues get discovered. Come at them with some empathy, realize that they deal with people that are stressed out, emotionally attached to their property and can make life as easy or as hard for you as possible. I once had a unit there and the manager (mid 30's frizzy hair, 5'9", 160lbs, hispanic- but I can't remember his name) went above and beyond to accommodate me when the movers were late and they were closing, he could have turned us away but he found a solution and blessed us with it.

I’m a new customer and I have to tell ya, so far so good! Came down to the facility to have someone show me a couple of different units so I could pick the right size. The facility is really nice, very clean, looks very secure. Art immediately greeted me and took me out to the floor right away. He helped me pick out the right sized unit and assisted me through the checkout process. Stellar customer service. Thanks, Art!

Art is wonderfully helpful! Always a smile and a positive attitude. He is patient and kind with the homeless folks that rent out units as well, which I imagine could be difficult.

I was off work because of being hurt on the job & required 2 surgeries, so my recovery time was 2 years, I was receiving workmens comp but it's not the same as regular salary, I got behind on my Bill's, my storage unit was about to go to auction but Eric the facility manager was totally understanding & really helped me out so I could catch up & avoided losing my property...

Got a unit at 300 Treat in SF. Eric was amazing and super-helpful, found me a great unit at a good price and made the transition very easy from my old unit.

Easy location to access, usually not crowded/busy, and some of the most affordable storage prices in the neighborhood. Best of all is the staff (especially Eric!!), who are super attentive and helpful with any support you might need.

First time moving into storage from my apartment. Eric was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out with my requests there. Good facility, stellar customer service from Eric.

Came in to transfer to a different unit because the one I had was a unit you needed a rolling ladder to get to,...anyways Hasu was professional and considerate of my chronic lower back pains he accommodated me with a floor unit and gave me a good deal on the unit,...We need more people like Hasu,...very considerate and respectful and will do all he can do to help you out,...so if you need a storage look for Hasu he''s your guy.Thanks again Hasu,...keep up the amazing job you do 👍👍👍👍💯
