Mike is wonderful, and my storage unit he helped me find is perfect and will suit all my needs. I thought I knew what I needed when I got there, but Mike gave me a few other options that worked to my favor so much better. He made me feel like he listened to my needs, and that he had time to work with me and show me what I was needing to see. He was just great! I feel comfortable and safe leaving my things at this storage facility! They have top notch security that he described to me, making me feel good about my decision!!

I made the reservation online for a unit, everything went very easy from signing the document, choosing move in date, download the app, send you the code, get to unit and having the lock ready for me. There is only one issue that on that date the elevator is out of order. Luz helped me change to another unit located in another building right away and solved the problem for me. Thats the help we will always need from the office.
I must say with Mike and Luz are Doing a wonderful job holding down the property, making sure everything is ran correctly . Also able to give any other assistance regarding space rental Viewing spaces. They are definitely standup people and make sure experience at Public Storage on Dagget very welcoming . I went to go rent a storage unit and at first Luz and I missed each other. So I waited and left to go run some more errands. Luz gave me a call around 5:25pm and I explained I only lived less than 10 mins away if she was willing to wait for me to return so I can set up my storage unit/account. She was so sweet we wrapped everything up around 6:15 and the office should’ve closed by then. A+ for her customers service and patience!!!

Great service and friendly staff, clean place. But we can never find a cart to move our things and often no one is available to answer the phone to help us. Kind of defeats the purpose of storing things if you then have to break your back to move heavy furniture out. Very frustrating. 🥺

I have 3 units and a parking space at this Public Storage and even though the prices are high and Iooked into moving to another storage facility I have decided to stay due to how professional this location is managed by the property manager Mike. He always greets me with a positive attitude and courteous demeanour every single time I see him. He is always working around the property keeping it clean and safe and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

Very quick to get me situated and was very friendly! I give 4 stars mainly because of Public Storage itself. It gets so expensive since they actively raise storage on your unit after a little while of being there which is a shame since id want to continue to keep my spot if they didnt have to keep raising units for whatever reason they do so for. (All storage units do this im sure so I just find overall a bit money hungry)

We stored our furniture here at the Dagget St location while waiting to move out of state and I was very happy with the service. Manager Mike will lure you in with talk of how Public Storage is not as greedy as the rest of the storage places when it comes to a rent increase soon after move in but it's all lies. Within 5 months you're gonna get a notice that you have 30 days to move out or you're looking at a 30 percent rent increase which is about $4 per foot. They have the highest prices in this market after you just moved in under false pretense. Don't move your stuff into this nightmare of a business.
PUBLIC STORAGE is a HORRIBLE place!!! DO NOT rent here. Every year they will increase your rent. My 5X10 went from $98 to $228. I moved to U HAUL and got the same size for $124 and its CLIMATE CONTROLLED. Public storage don't even have any type of dolly to help you and their units are super hot. I am rating them a 0, zilch, zero, NO BUENO! The Manager Mike is horrible!

As others have already shared - Mike is a so friendly and helpful. Public Storage better realize how lucky they are to have such a professional employee. He is courteous, helpful and friendly. I had to visit my storage once or twice a day across several days. I was readying my belongings for move-out. On every single occasion the cart was at its storage spot. Do you know how much easier that makes moving boxes? It absolutely made my day to have one fewer challenges. Let's be real - moving is not fun, but I would select this storage location again simply because Mike makes that job that much simpler. He takes great care of the property and it shows. Bravo, Mike!!

Well, this place is as advertized. The workers are cool.
It comes without elevators or carts, for the most part. Fortunate to only need a small one that was discounted for 1 month free or 3 months at 50% off, I think, only if you pay online.
Not to bad for a 5 x 5.
I'm just sayin that they ould be much easier if they accommodated shelves , especially in the smaller units because I need them every time I do this. Maybe it's just me, but I'm sure out of all the units that default the materials to do this would be almost free. Even though they seem almost fully occupied . I know space is a commodity but they could be more service friendly and not gouge, in my opinion. I mean that if you are more than 10 days late, they lock you out.
EVEN THOUGH YOUR 20 DAYS EARLY BECAISE YOU ARE PAYING A MONTH IN ADVANCE, it makes it seem like a hostile takeover that I'm sure is on a thin line legally, but we don't do anything about it. It's not this place. They all do the same thing.
I'll probably get kicked out for saying it, but It had to be said. It's really not even their fault. It's ours. For doing nothing about it.

Edited. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful setting me up with the unit that fit everything I needed it to. He was happy to show me three different units to find one that had both the size and location requirements that I needed. I ended up renting the unit for about 3 months and I was satisfied when I moved out. My stuff was as dusty as you would expect it to be when you leave it sitting somewhere for three months and that was all. There was no damage and there were no unexpected pests. Mike was there to see me on my last day and was just as friendly when he wished my family well. If you need to rent A storage unit, I highly recommend you rent from here
I had to take away a star because nobody made it clear that once I pay for the unit for the month I will not be prorated if I close out early. Keep the unit until the end of the month if you end up having to pay for it for any reason. There is no reason to close out 21 days early because you're not going to get 21 days worth of money prorated. It's a storage unit. They're going to keep your 21 days of money and then rent the unit out as soon as possible to make 21 more days of money on the next person. It's business.

This storage spot was extremely convenient and easy to use. Not just because of the location (it is right off of 805 near the 163 & 15 as well) but the property manager Mike was always very helpful and present if you had any questions. He directed me to finding the app that makes entering and exiting the property a breeze since you don’t even need to leave your vehicle. The areas around and inside the buildings were kept very clean. And if you know where your unit is you should never have to travel far to move things in & out of it. If I need another storage unit again in the future I will definitely be back! Very dependable business and Ike is a big reason for that.

Mike is a great addition to your team here. He has gone out of his way several times to help me with anything I've asked even helping set up the app which is great. The prior people that were here before Mike arrived never listened when I had a concern especially when the gate was broken at night and homeless people kept coming in. Mike has really cleaned up the facility and made it feel safe when I come here alone at night. He is always friendly and helpful ever time I come here and is sincere which is a great quality and not found often enough.

Mike at Public Storage on Daggett has been phenomenal. I came in from out of state to try and collect my fathers belongings. Mike went out of his way to ensure I could get access to my dads units during my short time frame. He also accommodated my challenging situation by being patient, and checking to make sure I was all set. He even showed me where the unit was, and worked with my availability as i maneuvered through my fathers things. As a young person renting my first storage unit, I was really nervous about renting something for the first time and had no idea what I was doing. The hallways are on motion sensor timers that are set to stay on quite a while which is nice. They are starting to watch the gate more now it seems so they are stopping any riff raff from coming in. The hallways are always clean including the driveway all the way around.😀But on the down side the rent increased and the hours the units are accessible has decreased. Makes it hard for the working person to get across town after work and get anything out of the unit before the 6pm closing time.

I’m pregnant so he complied with my needs & was concerned about my safety while moving in so he gave me a unit that was easier access for me . Gave me a tour & told me exactly what I needed to know . Roberto showed me my unit that I will be renting on Monday. The property looks clean and well swept. Cameras all around the facility and pushcarts available. The orange doors are also webfree compared to the other storages I have been to have spider webs. NO SPIDERS HERE! 😡
