Suzanne has alwsys been so helpful. Great service, safe units. We've had three storage units here over the years, only leaving now because we're moving out of state.
My husband and I rented a storage unit for one year. Whenever we needed assistance managing our storage space, Suzanne was extremely helpful. She always returned our phone calls right away. Even when we needed to downsize to a smaller unit, Suzanne made the process feel less overwhelming by assigning us to a smaller unit nearby. And once we made arrangements to vacate our storage unit, Suzanne was very helpful with our request to have a shipping container placed on site.

I have to tell you all that I try to avoid Large Corporation run businesses. I try to patronize small, local, family run businesses. I took a chance with this Corporation. What I discovered was that the PEOPLE who work at this business are so excellent, so caring about customers, so helpful and so friendly, I think I am going to stick with Public Storage. There was a glitch with my account, and Sabrina, one of the managers, simply invested her time and energies in making share I was taken care of. She was personable, professional, and persistent -- clicking away and away at her computer until my problem was resolved. I had just had hip replacement surgery, and the office had no custoner seating, so she GAVE ME HER CHAIR, and did her work standing up. I was only referred to as space #447 util my account was located, then I was TREATED like a real life human being, with a NAME! When I rented the unit, I was initially impressed with Suzanne, the on-site manager. SHe too was polite and professional. SO, this review is five star becasue 100% of the STAFF at this location are FIVE STAR FOLKS. I was so impressed with Sabrina's service that I came back with a thank you card and with a Jamba Juice gift card. You don't run into this kind of quality treatment often. I'm one of the folks who has no problem registering a complaint when something needs improvement. It is a joy for me to see the good and say it. Sabrina and Suzanne are examples of the good in this world!

Olivia at the front office was what we all wish front desk people everywhere would be! I needed pretty detailed help two days in a row and was a bit nervous to go in the office after previous experiences. I ended up getting much more attentive and kind help than I was expecting.
