As someone who has had nothing but horrible experiences with storage facilities I was devastated to learn I would need one again. I got everything set up online and thought I was good to go upon arrival only to be told my reservation was not active, I was prepared for the worst.... But I didn't know Jessica. She was, calm, helpful, and super understanding even through my frustrations. What I feared was going to be a time consuming check-in, or cost me additional monthly, or even having to start all over again was all squashed by Jessica's customer service. The process ended up being super easy and I was checked in ready to head to my unit within 5 minutes. The facility itself is in a really nice spot. Updated and clean with good security...

I just moved and was struggling with a couple of things so I went into the office and Jessica and Tammy were so delightful and helpful. I wasn't in a great mood from my move but by the time they were finished helping answer my questions- the day was much brighter. I'm so thankful that this is the storage facility I ended up choosing. I have to give a shoutout to Stacey at the Public Storage in this Carlsbad location. She was there for me during a recent pickup that could have quickly gone south because of the poor attitude of the driver. Stacey went above and beyond to make sure I was in a safe space while the pickup was taking place. In an era where good customer service is getting harder and harder to find, it's comforting to know there are still people like Stacey out there. She's a keeper!

We downsized from a 10x10 to a 10x5, and Tammy was SO helpful in making it a very smooth transition. We had some issues with the app, but Tammy was very patient and thorough, and it was very refreshing to truly get great customer service. She is Awesome!!!!!

The managers, Stacey & Thomas, are top-tier in customer service. I won’t move my stuff until I have a place that’s equal to or better than my 10x10. I urge you to go with Public Storage over any other local options. Your Life deserves a temporary space that you trust enough to forget about it — for a few months, a year or even a decade.

I came into the facility and was greeted by a very approachable and friendly clerk named Tammy. Tammy was very helpful and knowledgeable with what her work entails. She showed me the moving products they had for sale and even gave me the pricing of the products listed on an order form. The lobby is quite clean and orderly. It was a pleasure to go and shop at this place of business.

So I went to this PHYSICAL location with a friend who was running a STORAGE. My friend was in a tough time in her life and needed good rates on the STORAGE when she went there because she had heard good things about it. I have to tell you it’s an amazing staff there they not only emphasized with my friend and what she’s going through but gave her a great rate on her storage. I remember the name Lane š¦ and another girl but I can’t remember her name ( sorry ) were amazing customer service representatives for that company. I would definitely recommend going back there. They go above and beyond to help there Customers thank you guys. You’re doing a great job.

Went into physical location to meet with Tammy- I did not have a reservation or appointment so I asked her a few questions and she was helpful. I missed our Noon appointment physically but called in and spoke to Suzanne that refused to give me rates for month of July- August or September? Suzanne transferred me off to some department where the associate did not know what was going on? Tammy followed up with me later in day to reinforce that both herself and the company take care of their customers and give me the best rate possible going forward! Thank you Tammy for taking ownership.
