As to the facility, the remote/app based entry and exit has always worked smoothly. The building has always been clean, and there's always been a cart to check out to speed up moving in or out in the office. I know my things will be safe here for the coming months!

Thank goodness Chris L was on a shift at the Tyler Street location yesterday when unexpected occurred. Already stressing out over being late to pick up my daughter and having a grip stuff I needed to unload and put in my locker, who would’ve guessed that my luck would have led to me having my stuff inside the elevator when it decided to become inoperable. As I was panicking slightly inside, I went to go see about help and I walked in on the tail end of a call that this gentleman was wrapping up. it was the most reasonable, kind, genuine and calm demeanor on a call which was with an obviously very disgruntled customer. That’s the fist “bravo” to his customer service skills that concluded not only in a peaceful goodbye but a solution to the issue with no sweat to whatever they had going on.
Now #2 :
I told him that the elevator was not working, and my belongings were now stuck inside of it, and the haste and urgency in which this man jumped to my aide was very much appreciated. feeling my stress and keeping me calm just by being himself with his superlative Skills as a manager he did everything to see to my issue And no wonder they chose him as the traveling sub in because he is a chameleon and is obviously very capable to handle all types of situations and people with all urgency levels if there’s ever a problem to arise. Thank you, Chris for being the one that was at the store to help me finding a solution to the problem that I had; you are awesome! š

Thomas over at Public Storage off Tyler in Carlsbad rented me a drive up 10x25 unit that was actually 10x25. Weird concept to advertise the actual dimensions of the units. Huge shout out to Thomas for being extremely patient and understanding of my irritability and generally sour mood and for putting up with me not believing him and wanting to go measure the unit before deciding to rent. I had just been to a different storage facility in Vista that I had rented online. It was skinnier and shorter than advertised. So, I was irritated and stressed about the last-minute need to change plans and location. Thank you Thomas.

Andra is the BEST customer service employee!š She is always very helpful when I have questions, comments, or concerns. She also calls me back within an hour when I leave a voicemail on the answering machine. Its just comforting that I can talk to a human about my issues with my storage which she helps me solve. Since a staff turnover some 2/3 yrs ago. The institution has become a decent place to rent. Since they stopped raising the rent, and vacated the pests... (4 legs & 2 legs) I no longer cringe at the prospect of storing here...

This place is very busy! I came in today to update my payment but there's 3 people in front of me. The girl Zorina that works there has the best customer service anyone can offer. Her patience is unbelievably long.
I have leased a unit for the past thee years. The facilities are always clean, well maintained, and the staff helpful and knowledgeable. Of these none one personifies these traits better
than Tammy.
For the above reasons, I rate the facility and its' mgt five stars!!

Clean, open gate by app, bathroom by gate entrance, flat beds; awesome. Need more though. 2 or 3 is not enough when you have many clients moving in and out.
The only thing I don't like is that the lights don't stay on very long, I have to get out of my unit go to the hall and move around to turn the lights.
Besides that I like this place because it is cool, not hot or stuffy.
Khor helped me a lot for the first time using public storage! Great customer service, absolutely convenience for the location.
I'm from Carlsbad, and I've used this public storage more than once just because of convenience. But when I went in today to discuss an issue I was having, Khor was behind the desk and went above and beyond to keep my business and also keep me happy! I will continue to use this location not out of convenience anymore, but because of Khor and how he carried himself with such professionalism. Thanks public storage!
