Knowledgeable and customer friendly, they explain the lease terms with clarity. Truly, Deja and Mark serve this indoor Public Storage location with distinction. Ask for them, you’ll be glad you did. We highly recommend the Becker Lane Public Storage location, just 2 blocks west of Scottsdale Road on Shea.

Listen, I gotta say, I’m impressed with Deja. She is pregnant and this girl took the time to deal with me stressed out and tired after moving from out of state. Helped me call and audible last minute and get a larger sized unit. Made sure I knew how to get in and out of the elevators. Our 8x12 almost didn’t work, and it was a close call. Deja stayed late to make sure I didn’t need an extra unit. Even helped me with getting another lock after she left for the day….. It’s not very often you meet this level of amazing-ness at a storage facility, but, I’m stunned. If you’re looking for a storage place make sure you go here. The online reservation was super simple, then Deja called me to confirm and welcome me. The app worked great, the facility was clean and well maintained. Word of advice, you always have more stuff than you think you do, so don’t be dumb like me and what ever size you pick, bump that up one more LOL….

When I walked into the E. Becker Lane facility, I was greeted by a pleasant and friendly young woman by the name of Deja. I had just arrived back to the USA and was exhausted. However, my interaction with Deja made the storage registration process effortless. She took me on a tour and answered all my questions and concerns. Since my initial registration I have been at the facility a handful of times. And with every visit I see Deja sitting in the office helping customer or pushing a chart to complete facility tasks with a smile, and I can always count on that bright smile and a hand wave when I enter the facility.

Deja helped us open our account and didn't give up in finding one that was the size we needed (when I thought we could go with a smaller one). Maurice is the BEST! This location is clean, cool and just Maurice… Friendly & Awesome!!! I was having problems and left a voicemail, Maurice called me right back as soon as he got into the office that day. Solved all problems. This is unheard of in 2024. He went over and beyond what is necessary, that is customer service. Super rare Find for a public storage place, and more importantly, the highest customer service imaginable. Maurice smiled, and was very friendly in helping everyone.

I came in this past weekend to unload my Uhaul trailer into my storage unit, when I realized the door was jammed Deja quickly turned to action. She was a GODsend! Without hesitation she figured out the problem (my pesky vacuum cleaner that had fell and jammed the door.) She was like the HULK lifting the door, she even saved my vacuum! A+ from me for Deja. This location will also ALWAYS have my service.

I am changing my review on this place from 1 star into 5 stars because Deandre was so awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. Public Storage needs more great people like him.
Deandre was beyond awesome. I had a storage box ready to ship across country that would not close right. Deandre went above and beyond to help me, got it closed and on its way. He’s knowledgeable, kind and professional. Thank you!
