Great customer service. The storage manager at the time, Sue, was very friendly. Sue helped me make a decision on the size of container I might be interested in based on my budget and content I needed to store away. Nice clean facilities and many of the storage units are behind a secured PIN code entry only gate. However, there are a few storage units outside of the gated storage area for those who want 24 hour access to their storage units.

We have used this Public Storage location in the past for different moves. Our first experience was amazing. Given that we only needed it for a month, we were able to secure a larger unit because it was short term. Because they had such a great deal (1$), it was a very affordable approach as we transitioned between homes. The larger unit made it very easy to navigate through our storage as we loaded and unloaded, so it was a definite help to us that they suggested we rent the larger unit.We had a great experience with Sue, and appreciated their professionalism and assistance. Our next experience with Sue was was last month, and she was able to secure a unit for us with that same professionalism. She's always a very cheerful lady to speak with, and it's always a pleasure to work with her as she explains all the specifics. Once again, we had a great experience working with her. We were able to secure our belongings into a mid-size unit in a very short period of time, and she helped us with all of our questions, since I was planning on keeping our stuff in storage for much longer this time round. She's obviously been there long enough to know her business inside and out, and I appreciate that. And finally our 3rd interaction with Sue was most recently. Because I had decided to keep the unit for a much longer period of time, I wanted to downgrade to the most affordable unit. Sue assisted with the transition, and even helped me secure the unit I preferred based on location within the gates. What I can say about choosing a storage facility is probably what most would say: Sometimes price is the most important, and sometimes it's security and peace of mind. On all occasions, I shopped around, and did find several that were lower priced, as well as more conveniently placed for my needs. But this particular Public Storage is in a great location with easily accessible access points from every direction, which is very helpful. There are quite a few other options out there that are clearly a very tight fit for larger moving trucks, but this particular location has a more spacious layout, which does make a difference. They've always had the great deals for the first month, which is also very helpful for many people. It's secure because it' a gated entry and the codes are changed between customers. Even when I just changed units, I received a new entry code for it. So there's peace of mind with that, as well as the security system in place. And finally, you just can't beat the customer service. We are lucky in this community to have some truly exceptional employees at our local businesses, and they really do their best to create long-lasting relationships with customers. I'm a big fan of supporting the small business when I can, and while Public Storage is a chain, the employees like Sue are locals, and have a connection to our community. I highly recommend this location for Public Storage based on my experiences. I'm more than comfortable sharing that if you choose this location and Sue is there, she'll take care of you.-Mara O'Reilly
