Oh I forgot about the price, on point
I can today to pay my bill to stop my auction I owed about 200I had half cash and half on my card, but they have a kiosk, the manager won't let me pay in cash It almost like he wants to me to lose it to auction so he can keep it. Then he said I have to drive all the way to somewhere called sublett to pay but by then auction would be over and my stuff would be lost and he didn't say anything until after I did the credit card payment. Hate public storage!!!!

And every time that I try to contact custer service they never are available in chat or email or phone, I have to go to the place to solve the problem

I'm giving 3 stars, up from my previous rating of only 1 star bc it was difficult reaching someone to discuss the payment options on my storage unit- however, once I did reach the property manager, she was very kind, friendly, understanding & most of all, extremely helpful to me during a time of difficult personal circumstances.
This place deserves negative stars. This is the worst storage ever. They scammed me, stole items out of my unit, and are very unprofessional. You can never get in contact with any one at the property. The gate is always malfunctioning. They still charge you. I informed them on multiple occasions there were rodents in the unit. They did nothing. I have spoke with several so call property managers, corporate management. All I got in return was that someone will call me back. Which never happened. All my personal items were destroyed from rodents, flooding in the unit and theft from public storage employees. The so called property manager told me on the day I went to view the damages that “oh I bet you did not know your unit was broken into. He also told me how public storage is a scam and they are taking advantage of people. They pick and choose what to charge and inflate prices on those the think can’t afford it. This is not ok and very in humane. I have been calling to follow up. Now all of a sudden they can’t find any trace that I rented from them over a year. Trust I have emails, recordings, and pictures. This is not the last you will hear from me public storage. Do not rent here. It is disgusting. They are very unprofessional. I was bullied and discriminated against.
This is my 3rd storage facility and this one is by far the cleanest. The tall guy who manages the property is very helpful
I had such a great experience here, The manager Tee, he’s such an amazing helpful person.Great communication, he likes conversation, would definitely be returning here if I ever need storage needs again. Would highly recommend him to anybody.

Tee is a hard worker, kind person and very professional. He came quickly to protect my storage unit when it appeared that someone was cutting my lock to break into my unit. After Tee realized that the man was my father who was replacing my lock because I lost mine, Tee took a step back and ended his encounter with my dad with a handshake.

This public storage is a mess! I’ve always rented from the one on Brentwood stair MUCH MORE HELPFUL! This location does not have a physical person on site and nobody ever gets back to you on issues until you’re calling and cursing people out. I couldn’t get into my storage unit for over a week because nobody was able to meet me at the times I could actually take off work, and than once I moved out, no one would meet me to open the gate and take my lock off therefore charging me a full month! Definitely just lost a long time customer.
Was helping a friend move in and the property looks good. Michelle was we working hard cleaning.
They gave me a great price great deal, fast service. You can do it online and your lock will be waiting for you once you sign contract by E sign the lock be waiting for you inside your storage. They have fast access where you can download it on your app and open the gate in the app.
We had some difficulty getting the kiosk to process my reservation correctly... but the 2 ladies that helped (1 on sight & 1 online) - they worked together to get it pushed through. Which after being pissed that the machine wasn't working after a hot day of loading and moving... their patience and care made a world of difference. They were our heros for today and for that I couldn't be more thankful!
Public Storage is one of the best storage place one can rent. Good staff, prompt answers and help with any questions asked. So easy and fast to get whatever size storage needed. I highly recommend Public Storage Locations.

First off, noone ever answers the phone. EVER!!! 2nd, Noone ever returns a call. 3rd, I have left at least 4 messages over the last week, and I'm still waiting for a call back. This is absolutely the worst Public Storage I have ever used.
Never a problem here at this location
This place is nasty, You can never get a hold of anyone for assistance, you even have people living in their car in the complex. I bought a lock for my unit and never received the "spare" because THEY were supposed to put it on! Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. You're better off renting a dumpster compared to this place.
Have been trying to speak with a manager on this property for 2 months straight. Have left several messages and have stopped by to get a smaller storage unit. Horrible no service at this location.. been forever to keep the larger unit that I don't need. Bad business
Would give 5 stars but.the office has kiosk and no on-site clerk.
It wasn't for me went with a family member but it was ok
I had an outstanding balance and paid it in full and they will not take their lock off so that I can get my belongings out of the storage before the next month bill is due.. I will be taking the Fort Worth police department there with me tomorrow. I have put my own lock on there so that I can get my stuff and no one will respond to my phone messages.

Rented a space on the 2nd floor, couldn't move in because the elevator was out of order. No other spaces available at that location and had 2 vehicles full of stuff. Waited in the hot sun for over 2 hours just to hear Manager said a bigger building available but refused to rent it for same price. Left me hanging to find my own building, now refusing to return my Security Fee just refunded the price of the key. A bunch of Crooks since you asked me.
