Mary was SO HELPFUL and kind! I ended up needing a different size unit which was only available at another unit and she found what I needed, organized everything, handled the transition and made everything so easy! She was GREAT!!

Mary promptly got the gate up and working and the power back on when the plumbers ruined the day. She came all the way from p-vill when no one else would.

They sent us to collections for a accounting error on their part. Giving them a 1 star because its impossible to get hold of them to resolve. - Dont worry its easy to sign up and get the storage unit but impossible to resolve any sort of issue and stop using the storage.

I was at our public storage unit.Yesterday and had an issue with the lock. The staff that was there, particularly Mary, was exemplary and went out of their way to help me with my issues. And solve the problems period I would give more than 5 stars. If I could period this public storage is the one at 3811 highway 620 in cave.

I'm Really suprised at the number of 5 star reviews this place has. Due to the number of people praising "Mary", I suspect they have AI agents writing reviews.
I rented space here in January 24' for $70 per month, but the rent has gone up more times than I can count. I'm now paying $170 per month. That's close to 150% increase in less that two years!!
The only reason I'm adding an extra star is because it is clean and very secure. Fortunately, I'm able to put in my notice and quit using this place next month.
Buyer beware. When the contract says they can increase the rent at anytime, they CAN and they absolutely WILL. Don't be lured by that low entry price because that is just a bait and switch tactic.
The rental process was very easy to go through. When I got to my storage facility I had a question about the lock. The kiosk contected me with someone that gave an answer. The facility is clean and ready to use. Thank you to the people of Public Storage! I had the pleasure of meeting Mary today. She was very pleasant to talk with & I look forward to future interactions 😁

Unit on 4th floor constantly kept getting broken into. Rather than offer solutions they just had me replace the lock. My unit was broken into 4 seperate times and I'm starting to think an employee did it.
When I asked if they would be willing to do an internal search they said I'd instead need the police to do their own.
I had over $8000 worth of cards and video games / game systems stolen including a game cube that my dead mother gave to me.
Go to extra space, do not go here.
Very clean and attentive manager servicing the site. We rented unit 1127 today and immediatley started loading it. Site manager was excellent and very attentive to us today March 22nd around noon.

Alex has always been friendly, professional, and helpful, during every interaction we’ve had. He works hard and does not hesitate to take action on the job at the earliest possible availability to act. So far the Public Storage has been my favorite storage facility to use and because of Alex, I prefer to use Public storage for my current, and future, storage needs. The facilities have always appeared clean and well maintained, and, to my experience, there has never been issues with the entrance gate. I haven’t noticed any evidence of rats at the facility either. Overall, this is the best appearing storage facility I’ve been in for over 5 years, and Alex certainly makes this experience an over the top success.
This is one of the best storage units you can rent in the Bee Cave area, they have live help on the lobby, the system to get in and out has the option to use the app which makes it seamless and more efficient, the place is organize and clean, good job management!

THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN THE FRONT (UNGATED) SECTION OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY. We rented #1119 and someone came in and drilled out our lock and stole some of the items in our unit. Police came out and did their best to find the thief but found it hard to do without video surveillance of the halls or of the entrances. I called the owners multiple times after the incident and left messages. I NEVER received one call back. I think it is irresponsible to have a storage unit without cameras, and I was disappointed with the customer service at this location.
Horrible money hungry. I've been with them for 5 years. Every 6 months they raise the rent. Last month it was raise to 100.00 more a month. I pay for climate control and its so hot in my unit that some of my stuff is destroyed. They only have one cart to use. I'm on the 3rd floor and the emergency alarm continue to go off while using the elevator. I have called over and over to the property Manger but no response. They have no one in office anymore but the sign on door says available inside. Horrible communication between client and property management. Thou if you call to purchase a new unit they answer phone but not if you are a current client that needs assistant.
It’s a nice new storage but they are really small units and they need better sights showing how to get to the storage that’s a busy road and can’t see where to get in to go to storage

The good:
- Initial entry cost is great
- Air conditioned
- Clean
- No dead bugs
The bad:
- No sign at turn in. Miss it every time and not convenient to turn around.
- One dolly and it's usually in use. No access to find another dolly.
- Code to elevator opens the doors but doesn't allow you to choose floor. A lot of exits to re enter code hoping it works.
- Rate does not lock in and you will very soon be paying more than market rate, which makes not having a sign at the road even more annoying 🙄
This was our first experience with storage units. Many moves and tried hard to avoid going that route but it finally happened. First of all, the location at 620 near Bee Cave was super handy and somewhat hidden from the main road which felt more secure. The process went smoothly as we were shown the space and security measures. The facility was clean and well lit. Good experience but when it changed to a GREAT experience is when Judy Jones helped us out on day 2 of our somewhat complicated move. She was nice, helpful, professional and really simplified the process as we were scrambling to add another unit and more codes with a moving company on a time clock. Judy made a stressful situation easy and left us smiling. Thank you Judy Jones!

We have just rented a unit. We turned up on the first day and the code and app do not work. Nobody is there to help us. I've left a message, I've been by twice and the office is empty. They are not returning our calls. I'm regretting using Public Storage.

I am a Navy Veteran traveling with my service animal. I reserved a small unit to store some things, but on move in day, Justin kicked me out! I had been there maybe three hours settling in, we’ve been through a lot and it was the hottest time of day. I sat down with my dog, put a podcast on, and planned to head out when it was over. Justin interrupted me, accused me of trying to live in the storage unit, and was incredulous when I told him my dog was my service animal. I went to war for you - and I wasn’t given an ounce of respect. He did not even give me a complete refund.

Did you know this storage will sell everything you own in one month if you happen to get COVID and miss one payment. Then they will have the audacity to call you and ask for the final payment plus fees despite taking everything you had stored. I tried to pay the day my things went to auction but it was too late. They sold my things and I refuse to pay anymore. My credit of course will suffer but this is due to principle.
