The staff works so very hard at keeping this building clean and fresh. The lighting is bright and helpful down the hallways. The parking lot is also very clean and kept up well. Lupe is amazing!
Lupe is just a genuinely great person, and it shows in how he treats people.
He handles customer service in a way that is truly exceptional. It is not just about doing the job, it is how he shows up. Helpful, respectful, and consistently positive every time I have interacted with him.
I have had my unit here for about a year now and it has been a really positive experience overall, largely because of him. As someone who works as a Sales Director, I can confidently say I would hire Lupe any day. He is the kind of person every company wishes they had on their team.

Great manager on the spot
I just moved to public storage Lupe the manager was very helpful good attitude
This was my fault to begin with, but somehow I left my unit open, and it was caught by Lupe during a walk through. They will lock your unit for you, and make contact, and then need you to come into the front office to unlock the unit to make sure you lock it back yourself. I heard a voicemail after work and headed in to speak with Lupe who explained the situation, and told me it was locked up by staff. After looking in the unit literally NOTHING was missing, and I was so glad they locked it on my behalf. Getting back into the unit was a super easy process since it was during their normal business hours, but I'm so glad everything was ok, and Lupe and the staff were so kind to take care of my stuff. 10/10 experience.
Lupe the manager was great. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very customer friendly. I would recommend anybody that needs storage to use this Public Storage.

Very smooth move-in process. Excellent help and support by Lupe at the facility. Great prices only compared to other local facilities nearby. They provided the lock at no cost nor deposit.
I had a rental at another location, I wasn't assisted at all there, ive called customer service they told me at the other location i want to transfer too the people can help me there and Lupe and Jeff were the greatest, they've helped me transfer over my current location with ease and perfect assistance i couldn't have been more grateful for them to help me I look forward to renting here with Public Storage and look forward from the assistance of Lupe!!

This place is honestly the best storage spot in Austin. The units are super clean, no bugs or mold ever which is a big deal for me. Everything’s always working like it should, elevator runs smooth every time.
Jessica’s helped me out a bunch setting up our units—she’s awesome, super friendly and just makes the whole process easy. Lupe’s newer but he’s great too, really attentive and made sure everything went smooth. Didn’t miss a beat.

If you need extra space to store your things and in the South Austin area, the Public Storage on IH35 and Teri is a gorgeous, spotless and air conditioned facility. It feels like a condo of storage units!
The storage manager, Shai, was thorough, explained everything and gave me a tour. I had questions and she took the time to answer with a smile, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She had many other things going on at the same time, but made you feel as you were the priority. It was a great experience from the time I walked in -- until I left.
I hope she gets a much deserved raise -- she is definitely an asset to the company and a rare gem. Hands down one of the best experiences with a business that I have had in a long time.
It was very quick and easy to get my unit at public storage. Shai was nice and very helpful in explaining everything I would need to know about the unit. My experience with this location since it switched from LifeStorage to Public Storage has been a HUGE improvement. Shai at the front office has helped me every time I've visited my unit and is always so friendly, funny, and awesome at answering my questions because I am the worst at managing my unit haha.
