I had a great experience at Public Storage on Elm Hill pike thanks to Vickie From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I’m new to Nashville, and trying to figure everything out while also getting a storage unit felt a little overwhelming at first. Vickie made the entire process so much easier and stress-free.
She took the time to walk me through everything step by step and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Her patience and professionalism really stood out to me. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but Vickie definitely does. She made sure I understood the options available and helped me choose the best storage unit for my needs.
On top of that, she also gave me helpful tips about Nashville since I’m new to the area, which I truly appreciated. That small gesture meant a lot and made me feel more welcomed in a new city.

Loved the help I getting ready
My daughter was out of unit before end of month and forgot to take lock off and was out of town and told if we could get lock off in text form that we wouldn’t be charged for the month … well we were turned over to collections for an entire months rent even though lock was off by 8th of month and they rented unit for the remainder of month probably so yeah it’s double dipping !! They pro rated when moving in so why was that not done upon moving out due to an error on her part if I had to pay it then my gate code etc should of still worked and didn’t hmm scratchy I think ! Not willing to work with you at All

I have been calling all day to pay for my storage no answer or call back so I leave work and go to this location I arrived at 2:30 pm and the door is locked no one is there and the number provided is disconnect and now my items will be auctioned because I can't pay at the location unprofessional and just horrible

My 85 year old mother that passed away a few months ago has a unit at this location. She has been storing there for several years and we have seen many managers come and go but I must say Mary was by far our favorite. She was very caring of my mother especially when she was going through chemo. She always checked in on her. My mother was also very forgetful so Mary would go beyond and call us every month to remind us of her storage bill so it wasn’t late. We knew she didn’t have to do that but she did. Mary, I just want to say you made a spunky elderly lady smile a lot more when she had to pay a bill and just know we are thankful for your kindness over the last few years.
MARY IS A RAY OF SUNSHINE! She has seriously gone above & beyond for me in multiple situations in helping me + my family set up a unit space 2 different times in urgent times in my life over the past few years. She is so kind, considerate & helpful with every question you could ever have. I feel so safe when I go to my storage unit at any time knowing she is in the office + her bubbly personality makes what has been a hard season for me feel much better. I seriously recommend her + this public storage location for all your storage needs!
