Edit: My original rate was from when I started my account there about a decade ago. Today, was my last day. Through the last several months of back and forth, the only saving grace there was Sierra (sorry if I didn’t spell it right). She is the kindest, hardest working person there and when I was at a very low point in my life, she made sure that I was listened to and helped me to the best of her abilities. She is the absolute sweetest and most amazing person. She deserves the biggest raise ever. I’m going to miss her and talking with her. Definitely the brightest part of my day. Hugs to her.

Kim freakin’ rocked getting me into my storage. She heard my concerns regarding safety and how much room I needed. Suggest indoor storage and larger (I picked 5x5… she asked if 10x5 might be more comfortable, given my specific wants/needs)…. And damnit! She was right! 😂 I’m so glad she suggested it, because I would have hated moving into the 5x5, just to have to move AGAIN into the 10x5. So she really saved me a LOT of work and headache. I've dealt with a few storage places and I'll tell you it's true what they say; Third time's a charm. This location has definitely renewed my faith in storage. The property manager Kim is as professional as you can get. She really knows her stuff and made the process quick and easy and assured me of all my concerns. 10/10 ⭐'s if I could. My only complaint is she's not there everyday of the week. If you rent here be sure to ask for Kim as she'll definitely make sure you are taken care of.

I've been using this public storage facility for over a year now ,their prices location and service is the best around. ever sinceI've been a renter, I have changed my unit several times. From small to large, back down to small, always without any dilemmas or quarrels . Jennifer at the front desk has always been very polite ,prompt and accommodating to any of my needs. Their self services make everytime I visit a quick and safe expierience , which means alot to me with my busy schedule. when I do have tovisit the office, im always relieved to Jennifer behind the desk , I'm always relieved as I know I'll be taken care of.
