I had an above-and-beyond customer service experience this week with two representatives, Angel and Alex. I’m in the middle of a long move while also caring for my father in Denver after major heart surgery, so it’s been a stressful time.
Within an hour of submitting an online inquiry about changes to my account, they followed up with phone calls and patiently walked me through everything step by step. I truly felt heard and supported, and their guidance helped me feel confident in my decisions.
Angel recognized my stress, helped me laugh, and put me at ease. Later that day, when I arrived on site, Alex helped me finalize a new storage unit and even brought me a cart to make moving my belongings easier.
Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. If this is the kind of service they provide regularly, anyone storing their belongings here is in excellent hands. Thank you, Angel and Alex, for making a stressful day so much easier.

Had this storage for about 4 months now and everything is still perfect the way I left it . Even when I accidentally forgot to lock my storage , the workers (Joelle) were able to keep it locked while we were out of town . Everything was still there and the place is super clean . It’s not very frequent that I visit the facility. Mostly it’s to just throw stuff into my unit and forget about it.
However, I noticed my rent had gone up and was a little upset at the size of the increase. In hindsight it may have been an over reaction.
I made a trip to the office and was met with the property manager, Hope. She was understanding when I discussed the issue, and instead of telling me to kick rocks, she moved me into a same size unit that was way cheaper than what I would have been paying. And it was only a couple doors down.
We went ahead and scheduled a move in date, and she was nothing but supportive and helpful with my issues and getting them resolved.
I’ve ran into her almost every time I’ve visited the facility, and every time she’s been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend asking for her if you are to visit.

I was a customer with this establishment for 3 years, and I must say it was one of the better storage experiences I ever had. The manager Hope, is a godsend and every time I dealt with her she was always courteous and professional. This facility every time I was there I never saw it to be tacky or dirty like most places I've passed by and seen. The rest of the staff has always been courteous and friendly and once again thank you Hope the manager for all the hard work that you do and always treating us like family.
