The renting process is seamless! The team is very easy to work with, I was able to secure my storage after hours and gain 24-hour access with a small fee. When I got there, my unit was very tidy and ready to go. The unit even comes with a lock, also for a small fee. Although I had to fix the door a little bit to fully secure it, I can say with confidence that it was overall a very pleasing experience.

There was a miscommunication about me needing to buy a lock from the kiosk, but not actually needing one in the long run. I just spoke with Kim and without any other questions or doubts, she told me to bring the lock in and she would make it right. Love great customer service! Thanks Kim!
The specific location that I had rented at was a little substandard compared to the other locations in the area. The process was easy and quick though and canceling my rental was hassle free

Easy-to-use website and low prices in the beginning. Whenever they raise our price too much, we switch to another unit. They're great for short term storage (six months to a year) but there might be better places for long term.

This location has no one directly onsite, just a kiosk however there is another location a couple minutes away with a team. Ray was extremely helpful with initiation, questions and end of service misunderstandings. Moving is stressful enough and Ray was completely supportive.
Rental process was speedy and unit was easy to get into, load in my stuff, lock it up, and go.
