☆Update on 3/19/26 - When I initially became a customer many years ago this was a 24-hr access facility, which is the reason I chose them. Over the years they had multiple issues with vandals, so had to reduce access hours for security reasons. Business was very proactive about taking steps to increase security at their facility, making various changes over several years - and recently began offering 24/7 access again, to those customers who signed up for that service. Of course, I immediately signed up, and I am very happy to once again be able to access my unit when it works for me to do that, 24/7. Great facility, awesome management - very happy long-time customer!!

What a great human being you have working on this location. Brady was so kind and pleasant to work with. I left the other location because of over charging me for years without telling me for the same unit. I was going to cancel everything but because of him I stayed.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and well kept. Special thanks to Adam who went well out of his way to help me with my problem (which I had created for myself and was in no way the fault of the staff). On a related note, if you use their car storage lot, it may be best to back in to your space.

Josh clocked in early from his lunch break to help me get set up. i came in and had rented a room but didn’t know any of my information, and he gracefully took care of it all and helped me get my storage unit set up! he was also really cool and we had a great and friendly conversation. would highly recommend! josh had my best interest in mind the whole time.
