Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5230 SE Mile Hill Dr, Port Orchard, WA

I have decided to make a police report concerning my treatment at this facility. I was given a code that lasted 48 hours as an auction buyer. I was told I was ONLY allowed on the grounds during office hours 9:30-6pm. We worked all day hauling loads to the dump and to good will. We returned the next day at 10am to finish our job. Our code was not recognized. I tried numerous times. I spent 3 hours trying to get hold of someone, anyone to help. No posted hours on the door. Just what the man with the knee high rubber boots told me. 9:30-6pm. Absolutely could not reach a single soul related to Public Storage. Not one. He arrived at 12:45ish. When I told him we had been waiting several hours and our code didn't work, he shrugged his shoulders and said "maybe the gate malfunctioned" I replied, no, others went in. He then said, "your lucky I'm even here! I'm not scheduled until 1:30. I'm here to get the venders in." I went into his office and he asked for the little tiny sticky note that he wrote the code on the day before. I brought in a bag of donuts that we wrote it on so we wouldn't lose it, he refused to take it. Said, he wanted the tiny piece of paper. He threw a tantrum, and said loudly, I'll just make you another one! I grabbed the donut bag and asked him why was he acting like this was my fault. He lost his mind. SCREAMED WHILE APPROACHING ME WITH HIS HAND OUT, TO GET OUT OF HIS OFFICE. THIS IS MY HOUSE! OVER AND OVER. Stabbing his finger towards me. Said he would call the cops and that I'm banned and kicked off the property. He walked around his desk to get closer to me and force me out the door. I was a woman alone in that office. He treated me like trash and tried to bully me. He finally let us in to get our personal stuff without a code to get out. My husband's phone, his coat, our table and tools and some of our items and left, after honking to get out. We paid for every item in that locker and did not receive our payed for items. He went phycho. He's not someone who should work with people. I want a refund for a service not provided. No manager attempted to reach us. He had me suspended from the platform for 30 days. He's interfering with my income. He showed up at that time with an attitude. My guess was he got called in early. 3+hours waiting for someone, anyone to help us. (Vendors waited too) Others tried the door and left. I was frustrated and did not deserve what he did. He literally lost his mind. I've felt sick since then. I've done this for years and NEVER had a bad experience like I did at this facility.
