Lena, the Property Manager, introduced herself while I was unloading. Very friendly and professional. More than that, the online reservation was easy to complete, and self-check-in worked smoothly and exactly as described.

I’ve had to temporarily relocate and it’s been really stressful with unknown timelines. I wasn’t sure if the best solution for my storage after my rent had increased. Lena started helping me after I reached out for assistance and she helped me to figure out a new solution; I was able to downsize and she helped me find a unit that was even near my old unit, so my kid and I could transfer everything as smoothly as possible. Lena treated me like a friend and even showed up to help us with boxes, brought us water when we ran out. I almost want to cry because you just don’t see customer service like this anymore. Lena thank you so much for all your care for our family situation! I’ve had the best experience working with you! Thanks a million!

I happy never been so happy with the customer service I received from Tukai, the new employee , that was overseeing the office today at the Mount Lake Terrace location off of 66th Ave! I rented a large unit at the beginning of the month and moved a few racks and shelving in immediately. Later in the week I brought my first load to the unit and was suprised to find that a colony of ants decided to move in as well. I was unsettled to leave my items there, expecting Id have those ants all over my personal property if I did. I chose to bring everything back home and waited about a week before returning again. The ants were there to greet me as I had expected so once again I brought my load back home. I was gonna just move my shelving out and find a new location before talking with Tukai about the issue. He calmly suggested a possible option which was to move to another unit and receive credit for the month I had paid for already. He found a unit available and transferred me into it without any hassles and treated me as if I was a VIP throughout the entire meeting. He was a huge help in the matter and is the entire reason I chose to stay. I had to share this experience with everyone, and hopefully you will get the opportunity to meet Tukai for yourself someday. The move in specials are hard to beat anywhere else and the customer service is above and beyond satisfying! Thankyou Tukai for your friendly and professional attitude and work ethics! If you need somewhere to store your small business, definitely the place. You can tell there's a lot of small business being ran, which is good because it's " honest traffic" and you don't have to worry about break-ins. Then too, the manager just pops out of nowhere 👀 quiet often,so there is someone walking the grounds. Last but not least, area it kept super clean and I haven't encountered any rodents☺️.

WARNING - rats or mice have over run units. Droppings and urine on my belongings. Box full of memories had to be tossed. Management was aware of problems when I brought it up wasn't too concerned. Just said they knew about it and file an insurance claim. I paid a lot for a rodent free, protected unit. To have them care so little was upsetting. BEWARE insurance. Insurance ONLY covers $250 for damages. There is a $100 deductible so the most they pay is $150! What can you replace or even have cleaned for 150???? Feel like I was scammed. Shame on me for not reading whatever fine print said that

Had an issue at the storage units when we were moving product to a new business. We met Lori who worked at the office, and she was such a joy & a big help with our problem, I would recommend this storag fe facility located between seattle & everett just based on our experience with their professional kind employee, Lori. In this day & age, it's hard to find truly great customer service, but we were expertly taken care of here. Highest recommendation is earned here. Thank you once again, Lori for your assistance & professionalism.

Easy to access, clean. People are friendly, and the employees are friendly as well, does have a bit of a rat problem, but that's kind of endemic to the area, And they are doing what they can to keep it down.

OMG! I have had the most miserable/struggle experience at my facility as I have rented my 4th unit now, and am super familiar with the company and business practices for over 30 years now, and they are challenging at best Without going into my 2 week drama (this time), I was sooooo happy to have randomly reached CHARLOTTE! She is a straight up super star!!! I normally wouldn’t even bother with a review as my experiences have not been great with PS the last few years… However, Charlotte is totally worth it! Anyone who matters at PS should read this and make SURE she never leaves! She is by far and away the best person you have working for you - hands down! THANK YOU again Charlotte from the bottom of my heart! My struggle is not over, but you have made it go in the right direction FINALLY, and I am eternally grateful! I hope they give you the recognition you so greatly deserve! Have a lovely rest of your week!

PUBLIC STORAGE,.. is #$&#@$$ Not only has the rent for a tiny 10x10 gone up from $99 dollars. To $292 now. BUT,.. it's going up another $47 dollars. AND,.. IF YOU HAVE PAYMENT ISSUES. Like problems with Auto-Pay,..That's another $20 bucks. And my very first late fee, of $56. Which, you can AVOID the $20 payment fee, by changing your Payment Method. Oh, it's always a Game. Best you learn theirs. I'm moving out asap

Decent place never really busy nice employees

I got my storage unit through the app. The service was fast and straight to the point. I arrived there and my unit was ready and empty with a lock and keys inside the unit ( I thought I had to bring a lock with me, but no). Alarm security activated after 9 pm, make sure you go in before 9 and not after or else the cops will come lol. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my stuff is being secured at all times.

I went in to get a storage unit. Only took a few minutes to get it. Very nice lady in the office Very helpful. The only problem I've had with the place is for a couple weeks they had a rat problem and of course the rats destroyed some of my hats from my collection

Clean and prompt service

This is an update to my previous review of Tiffany to add Henry to a big thumbs up. I needed to switch to a larger unit and Henry was great at helping me make the transfer. I was already familiar with the rental policy but he was thorough in going through the paperwork and made it a quick process. Once again I would recommend this Public Storage. Tiffany was awesome setting up a new account. Very professional and did a great job explaining all my options. Would definitely recommend this Public Storage.

If I were writing a review solely based on the onsite manager Tiffany, I would have given this review 10 stars. She is the best storage unit employee that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and as a stager I've used many storage facilities. She always has a smile on her face, is willing to help in any way possible, and even keeps an eye on who is coming into the facility using my login. She is organized, and on top of everything. Unfortunately I need to leave this business because the rent has gone up so much I can no longer afford to pay the corporate set prices and maintain my covid effected business However for Public Storage, the new transit system moving into the area, will bring more housing and I believe they are raising the prices just because they can. I wish you well on your journey Tiffany and thank you for such excellent service.

Good layout as storage units go. Our unit was clean, and their standard locks are adequate for security. The powered gate for entry was a bonus.

She is always friendly and happy, on even the grayest rainy days. She is friendly yet very professional and I am proud to call her my friend. She immediately made sure the property was kept clean and brightly lit. She is often outside watching over the property and making sure it is clean and secure. She is a wonderful person to talk to with any storage questions, or most anything you need a hand with. Thank you Tiffany! Pretty run down place. Not kept as clean as other storage places.

We’ve been renting a full size unit from the 66th Ave Mountlake Terrace facility for over 3 1/2 yrs, they’ve always been very accomadating and the service is good and very professional, recently we forgot to make our online payment & when I called to pay they waived the late fee without any repercussions/issues. The regional manager Lisa Thomas was tremendous, and the Mountlake Terrace manager Tiffany is always pleasant and uplifting.

She checked to ensure our unit was secure, was communicative when we had questions about billing, and kept a long-distance relative that rented the unit apprised when we closed out. I visited this location to setup a rental. the gentleman i met with was extremely kind, his name is Bob. he went out of his way to find a unit that would be closer to the door., this was unexpected. facility is located close to my house easy to get to, access hours are reasonable

Very upsetting to be locked out of your storage unit. I pay early every month. Come to find out they are doing a rent increase and never notified me. They claimed mailed note to my home and email. My account was now overdue! So my rent was $71 for A 5x5. They claimed they raised my rent only $12. Then tacked on a late fee of $20. Their supervisors never called me back. I moved my things out and not even given a refund due to the policy! I paid for the entire month. Do not feel like a person here just an account. Do not do business here!!! Look they now offer the same unit for $65! 🤣

After looking at several storage places I chose this one due to location and super great service. Unlike the other locations the gal helping me (though busy with others) made me feel like my business was important and that she wanted to help. She took the time to show me different sizes as I wasn’t sure what I needed. She was cheerful and professional. The other locations made me feel like they didn’t have time to make sure I got what I needed. They both showed me maps and diagrams and seemed too busy to actually take me to look at any of the units. Tiffany was busy too, but while she was helping others she assured me should be right with me, and it proved to be true. It was a great business experience.

Jessie is great -- very professional, explains things clearly, and unfailingly nice. She is ALWAYS walking around the property checking on things, cleaning up, but then always available, too. I feel very safe here, that my things are securely stored, and that I can count on Jessie's help.

Babes is the person there you want to ask for! Babes really helps me so much every time I need assistance, she's always there to help. She even returns phone calls and even voicemails get returned by Babes! Really impressed, especially in this day and age! The main reason I rent space here is due to outstanding service by Babes. Jessie is AWESOME! She is always friendly and helpful! A new person inadvertently posted our payments incorrectly, thus it showed we still owed them some money. Jessie KNOWS that we pay IN FULL and EARLY each month, so when I told her what was going on, she took the time to find the errors and asked her boss to have them fixed. It took some time, but the errors were corrected. Did I mention ... Jessie is awesome?

The garage-like storage unit is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, and the security gates are open for too much of the time, thus making it easy for robbers to steal your stuff.

Great experience so far -- good, secure location with lots of parking. It was easy to reserve the exact unit I needed online, and Jessie made the move-in process super easy and painless. She was very thorough in explaining rental policies and the entire "move-in" process took under ten minutes.

It's the security and cleanliness of the facilities that keep me trusting Public Storage for my valuables, but it's these great facility managers and personnel that keep my coming back for more storage rentals. I would give Jessie 5 stars as she is very professional and polite. I do have two wishes though. One is that they have a trolley for every door way as we have an indoor unit, and 90%of the time, I can't find a trolley. the other would be to be able to lock in our monthly rate for a year with a fee if you cancel before. But that wish has to do with Public Storage's policy rather than this property. Overall it has been a convenient location and a good experience.

Best Ever. What great customer service I got with April. I was here for over a half hour the FIRST time came back in cause I lost me receipts and I was paying on THREE different units 2 from out of state. She helped me understand which ones I was paying on how much I was paying on each. I kept apologizing thinking I was making it difficult for her. She just kept smiling and Said she was happy to help and wanted to make sure I understood each bill and reciept. I even lost them so I came back she gladly gave me a new one with all the info. Art is the best man to run into if you have any concerns or question about public strorage

I have rented at several places over the years, and the staff here (especially Desirae) are helpful and friendly.

I've rented storage from this location a couple different times over the least ten years. Always good service and friendly people at the counter. Even though I don't currently have a space there, I stopped in to buy some moving boxes and the weekend manager remembered me by name and was very professional in helping out. That's pretty good service, in my book!

This was the worst mistake of my life. First off what they quote is nothing near what you pay to move in. There are a lot of hidden fees, I felt like I was buying a used car. I moved my personal things here thinking it would be safe for a bit while I moved from house to condo, big mistake. The down sizing took a little while and I needed the extra space. In the process I lost my job and had to start a new one. So I called the office and told them I would be late on my month there. At 6 weeks they auctioned off thousands of dollars in sporting goods without contacting me.When I came to pay they told me I still owed them money. Some how my 6 week bill for a $95 a month unit became $600. Adding insult to injury they lost my personal photos that can never be replaced and tax records. If you need to store things that are inportant I think you may want to look for a place that isn't trying to get rich off its auctions. I should have been more aware when you Google this place its auctions is one of its highest ranked listings.
