So far so good. Both attendants were friendly and greeted me cheerfully. I was signed up for two units, given the rundown on the facility and the location of my units in less than an hour. Caleb was patient and answered all of my questions.
Lemlem was awesome and helped me get my billing straightened out. She went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t lose my storage.
Single struggling disabled pregnant mom with two toddlers and no help. This place needs me to clear all 3 units out by today and I have no help at 27 weeks pregnant. Time to push myself thanks to this place. Discriminating place against single struggling pregnant moms with kids. Don’t rent here.
Wow customer experience from Lena! Lena was outstanding in her professional knowledge as well as very friendly and helpful. She assisted my two toddlers and I as well as our service dogs. Always has a smile on her face and is very friendly and respectful! She is very prompt to respond and was quick to notify and assist me when I could not figure out the locking system for my unit I’m renting. She was also very understanding and patient, since my life is so wild with having to move alone with two toddlers. The location she manages in MLT is very clean, my unit actually HAS light! Which is a huge plus when I’m here late and it’s never scary knowing that it’s a secure location. Thank you for hiring Lena, wonderful choice and a win employee for Public Storage! I was able to meet with Lemlem (the facility manager) in person and she helped me complete the rental agreement. She was very professional but also very personable and helpful. I enjoyed our conversation.
It seems the district manager in Lynnwood is taking over to make this storage better for everyone, shes currently working on fixing a situation that happened with me in October as well and I really appreciate it, I'm positive with this new management for this storage, that there will be only positive experiences here for now on, I hope for the best with this location

I have multiple large units and sometimes I need extra help in the office…I always hate to take up their time so I try very hard to not bother them in person. I’ve had to temporarily relocate and it’s been really stressful with unknown timelines. I wasn’t sure if the best solution for my storage after my rent had increased. Lena started helping me after I reached out for assistance and she helped me to figure out a new solution; I was able to downsize and she helped me find a unit that was even near my old unit, so my kid and I could transfer everything as smoothly as possible. Lena treated me like a friend and even showed up to help us with boxes, brought us water when we ran out. I almost want to cry because you just don’t see customer service like this anymore. I happy never been so happy with the customer service I received from Tukai, the new employee , that was overseeing the office today at the Mount Lake Terrace location off of 66th Ave! I rented a large unit at the beginning of the month and moved a few racks and shelving in immediately. Later in the week I brought my first load to the unit and was suprised to find that a colony of ants decided to move in as well. I was unsettled to leave my items there, expecting Id have those ants all over my personal property if I did. I chose to bring everything back home and waited about a week before returning again. The ants were there to greet me as I had expected so once again I brought my load back home. I was gonna just move my shelving out and find a new location before talking with Tukai about the issue. He calmly suggested a possible option which was to move to another unit and receive credit for the month I had paid for already. He found a unit available and transferred me into it without any hassles and treated me as if I was a VIP throughout the entire meeting. He was a huge help in the matter and is the entire reason I chose to stay. I had to share this experience with everyone, and hopefully you will get the opportunity to meet Tukai for yourself someday. The move in specials are hard to beat anywhere else and the customer service is above and beyond satisfying! Thankyou Tukai for your friendly and professional attitude and work ethics! If you need somewhere to store your small business, definitely the place. You can tell there's a lot of small business being ran, which is good because it's " honest traffic" and you don't have to worry about break-ins. Then too, the manager just pops out of nowhere 👀 quiet often,so there is someone walking the grounds. Last but not least, area it kept super clean and I haven't encountered any rodents☺️.

WARNING - rats or mice have over run units. Droppings and urine on my belongings. Box full of memories had to be tossed. Management was aware of problems when I brought it up wasn't too concerned. Just said they knew about it and file an insurance claim. I paid a lot for a rodent free, protected unit. To have them care so little was upsetting.
BEWARE insurance. Insurance ONLY covers $250 for damages. There is a $100 deductible so the most they pay is $150! What can you replace or even have cleaned for 150???? Feel like I was scammed. Shame on me for not reading whatever fine print said that
Had an issue at the storage units when we were moving product to a new business. We met Lori who worked at the office, and she was such a joy & a big help with our problem, I would recommend this storag fe facility located between seattle & everett just based on our experience with their professional kind employee, Lori. In this day & age, it's hard to find truly great customer service, but we were expertly taken care of here. Highest recommendation is earned here.

Easy to access, clean. People are friendly, and the employees are friendly as well, does have a bit of a rat problem, but that's kind of endemic to the area, And they are doing what they can to keep it down.

Not only has the rent for a tiny 10x10 gone up from $99 dollars. To $292 now. BUT,.. it's going up another $47 dollars.
AND,.. IF YOU HAVE PAYMENT ISSUES. Like problems with Auto-Pay,..That's another $20 bucks. And my very first late fee, of $56. Which, you can AVOID the $20 payment fee, by changing your Payment Method. Oh, it's always a Game. Best you learn theirs. I'm moving out asap

Decent place never really busy nice employees
I got my storage unit through the app. The service was fast and straight to the point. I arrived there and my unit was ready and empty with a lock and keys inside the unit ( I thought I had to bring a lock with me, but no). Alarm security activated after 9 pm, make sure you go in before 9 and not after or else the cops will come lol. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my stuff is being secured at all times.
