When searching for self storage space in Lakewood, Public Storage on Phillips Road is just the place to go.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Candy helped us so much, and had so much patience with us. We had two little ones with us, and she was so sweet and kind with them. They raised the fee by $80 after only 3 months and then cut my lock off by mistake without telling me or providing a new key, so I had to cut their lock off to access my unit. They refuse to own up to their mistake. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Also, the units do not have lighting inside, so very difficult to use after dark.

I was called to Public Storage to answer a report of my storage bin which was broken into again. (2nd time). Ashley, the nice lady who works there on Sundays drove with me to my bin. After she unlocked the PS lock, she informed me that I would have to buy a new lock, of which I did. But being that I'm disable, she went and picked up a new lock and put it on door of my bin, and when she returned, she gave me the new keys. She helped me out. If I had to do it, I'd probably fall since my legs are almost shot. The owners of PS should commend her for what she did. And, talking to her was pleasant because she was totally kind and treated me with total respect. I thank you Ashley very much. You're a credit to the company. Rob Nuccio

Candy at this location is absolutely amazing! She has taken care of me and my personal belongings while I was away in a different state for the last 7 years.
