RATS!!!! I strongly advise against renting from this location. There is a significant rat infestation that has not been disclosed to tenants. I recently visited my storage unit, which I had not accessed in several months, only to find that my belongings had been damaged by rats. I am not the only one experiencing this issue. When I went to report the situation to the front desk, I encountered another tenant who was facing the same problem. This individual mentioned that he had spoken with at least seven others who had also encountered similar damage. Unfortunately, management has not taken any action to address the issue, nor have they informed current renters of the infestation, leaving us unaware and unable to inspect our units. This lack of transparency and failure to resolve the problem is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility.

And every time, they've been there to help me find the right size unit, not only for all my junk😅 but also for the right price! 10 out of 10 in my book... If you're just looking for a little or a LOT of extra storage space... Give them a call, they store it all big or small....😉

I would have given this place a zero it is infested with rats, and the staff do nothing to stop them from destroying your property.

If I could give it no stars I would. The manager is extremely lazy, rude and unprofessional. She does not want to help or come down from her apartment at all. I’ve wait two months for my keys and this lady could NOT care less. The whole office smells like cat pee, the manager is extremely rude even when you are trying to be extremely kind and understanding. I’m BEYOND frustrated with this company. While I waited two hours for no one to show up today I did get to see that there are people living in the storage units as well and rats everywhere. This place is a mess and needs a new manager ASAP! Do not rent here!!!

Was a convenient location for me, but unfortunately my 5×5 storage went from $59 to $119 over the course of 1 year. Rodents got into the storage and destroyed everything inside. even tho I had insurance on the unit, they said that they have limited liability for vermin and nothing was covered. I didn't have any perishables or food in there, just furniture. Management said they've had a problem with people living in units and that it is possible rats came from a unit nearby with perishables in it. Staff was friendly, just not a good fit for me

Infested with rats and management doesn't care. My stuff was covered with rat feces and there was a dead rat out in the hall for days. No one ever bothered to contact me that there was a problem and your insurance will only cover if you have mega documentation so lots of photos and proof of damage and then you still have to pay the deductible first.

Trying to raise my rent to $92 for a 5x10 unit and not having access to the dumpster as a paying customer pisses me off

**UPDATE TO REVIEW (6/15, delayed)** Within 6 minutes of posting my review, I was contacted by the same team member who had helped set-up my account. It was clear how serious they take their reviews as she apologized profusely, made sure my unit was open and ready, and requested\processed a credit for the inconvenience. I was able to access the unit and unload before picking up my child but what I appreciate the most was the genuine response and accountability taken for something that may well have been technology\data entry error related - thank you for that. Updated from 1 star to 4 stars; hopefully the gate situation will improve in time - it gets a little clustered up there as many people are either averse to getting out of their car to enter the code or, as in two cases so far, they just don't have the code on them when the app fails to work. I know the code will populate but it can be hard to read or people just don't realize that's an option. It would also be nice to be able to contact some kind of representative without having to leave a negative review to receive a prompt return call. Having said all that, I understand it can be hard to find good employees and I think you have found that in the person who has helped me (I saw her in action my first time in and was impressed); I hope she is not trying to run that all without help - I would had to see her leave from "burnout". Thanks again for fixing the situation. *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Beyond stressed and furious! I paid for 2 months of storage 2 days ago and was told all I needed to do was pull a zip tie off the unit door to enter it for the first time. Upon arrival, we realized you cannot access the gate without getting out of your car, even with the app... not a big deal but that was their "selling point" to get me to download the app. What is frustrating is that my unit is locked - no zip tie, just locked and, at 1:45p not only is the office locked\closed, but for more than 45 minutes now, nobody will answer any Public Storage numbers I call nor has there been a return phone call for the message I left for the "Property Manager" while I was still on the property. Like many others, I have a very busy and tight schedule and I now have a car full of stuff to unload and nowhere for my kid to sit at pick-up time without unloading back at the house and reloading when someone becomes available to let me into my unit. Like so many other experiences in life, customer service was great until the contract was signed.

NEVER RENT FROM HERE unless you want your personal items destroyed and contaminated by rats! Rented a unit here, and they make you pay for insurance so that they can say they aren’t responsible for the rat infestation in the units which of course they don’t warn you about. Rats pooped on and ate pictures, keepsakes, personal paperwork, art that my children and nieces had made and more. When u file a claim with the insurance company they ask if u have receipts for these items. Who has receipts for family keep sakes?! I was paying 100 dollars a month to have the things you cannot replace DESTROYED! Absolutely heartbroken and disgusted!

It was very easy to get served by the Young lady that helped me get the best deal online instead of just getting a storage unit in person she saved me around 50 dollars and being on social security that really makes me very happy I would like to thank her for her thoughtful service

I've had a truck there for a couple years and always had great service from all the employees their. Today I went to get my truck ready to move it and Charity at the front desk was so helpful. Can't say how great the people there were.

The Publi Storage team, here at 9011 Evergreen Way, is very professional. The Manager (Charity) keeps a well maintained and clean property. The team is always courteous to me.

Great staff being stressed out on finding a decent storage unit phone call after phone call charity help me with all my questions and calmed half of those nerves. Definitely using this location from my long journey away from home

One star , because in our unit got mice . Mice got into our packages and ate some of the plastic cookware. They Also pooped and peed all over our stuff. We had to throw away my daughters stroller, little bath , and other stuff.

The hours of operation could be better. They close at 9 pm . Staff stays on property but doesn't offer any security for the hight theft crime area .

Rodent infestation throughout the entire complex. The staff were unable to answer even basic questions about it, and the "insurance" I was paying for (also owned by Public Storage) looks to only cover $250 with a $100 deductible. I had a lot more than $150 in damage, but it doesn't seem they're interested in making good by their customers. Avoid this company if possible. As of this review I haven't been offered any sort of reimbursement from them, let alone real coverage for the damages caused.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to get temporary storage, something I never wanted to experience...but the customer service at this location from Charity and Marie has been from start to finish exemplary. They are not only professional in their knowledge, but they are truly kind, caring and helpful. If I had a business I'd hire them away from their current employment. My profuse thanks to these two lovely representatives.

My bf and I were renting two separate units. As we were preparing for a big move. One of our units got infested with rats at some point and ruined multiple boxes of things. We didnt store any food products. When we brought it up to management, they acted like it was no big deal. There is constantly tweakers living out of units. I didnt feel safe to go there by myself.

If you have a unit in the E building enjoy your new pet rat(s) and a brand new rat nest for the little guys

Rats destroyed pictures and writings that I'll never be able to replace. This was very upsetting. I was also warned that I was "loitering" and only had a certain amount of time to be in and out. (I was resorting my items out of cardboard boxes into sealed plastic bins because of the rat problem). I've used several other storage places in the past. I've never had issues anywhere else.

I just had my RV stolen from public storage parking lot . Josie and Marry knew people that came in and out of the Facility now with the new management They have no clue who comes in and out and I always see people sneaking right after someone opens the gate. They need better security, and their fences clipped for an access. I paid rent to have my RV stored and ceased and it’s not the case with this location.

Went to my storage and opened the door and rats had infested my unit.2 looked out of a hole in a bag that held teddy bears from when my now adult son was a growing up.i slammed the door shut and cleaned it out yesterday.lost a lot of irreplaceable things.left them 2 dead rats a broom and a floor full of rat droppings

This makes me feel safe as I have stored at other facilities in the area where there are constant break ins and people sleeping in their storage units and vehicles. This is the place to store! Units are filled with spiders and holes all over the ceiling, they are never cleaned, we had to look at 4 other units to realize we don’t want our stuff here. Josie seems nice at the beginning but when confronted about how to units look, she changes the way she talks to you. We asked to see bigger units and she started saying how we wouldn’t be able to afford it, that we’d have to use “our whole life savings” or “take out a loan”. I don’t recommend getting a unit here, there’s many other nicer storages at good prices not too far away from there.

Been here at this location since 2015. And the staff has been so lovely to me for years. I love Mary she is such a sweetheart. When I'm late WHICH IS OFTEN she always reminds me in a kind and sweet manner. Look don't judge me, I work nights bro. She is one of the main reasons why I've stayed as long as l have. With reasonable prices and a good location from where I live.

Great place to look at if your wanting to store your vehicles, mobile homes, RVs, trailers, boats, and household items as well. Has a open and close time for when you can't open the gate no more. Plenty of cameras to keep your stuff safe and secure

Josies service is impeccable. I lost my keys and she was on top of it, got me in my unit and everything taken care of. She's so kind and her smile just brightened my day. Thanks again Josie. Mary is ALWAYS happy to help. She was right there next to Josie assisting her on the computer to get it done quickly and easily. Their teamwork really made a difference with the help I needed. I had reserved and rented a storage unit here, and subsequently had to cancel. The staff here, Josie in particular, were super helpful and hospitable. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and great customer service is even harder. Josie went out of her way to help me, and for that I am thankful! So i go here and i have 5x10 and my payment is only 109.00 and my sister got here 3 weeks later and she got a 10x10 and charged her 183.00 Now because she paid payed 4 days early idk but they raised her next payment 122.00 more her total is 337. Why and how can they get away with raising it 122.00 more ...she cant afford this ...why would corporations do this to random ppl and not all i didnt get bumped up at all $ Wise ....this has to be stop ill get a Petition going I don't think that they shod be allowed to raise that much ...i mean maybe 10% maybe 15% tops not a $122. more that's just crazy I'm gonna get something going here this is not right

Literally got my unit broken into and all my stuff stolen and they don’t have any type of security cameras or help to recover any of it. Insurance hasn’t even so much as contacted me back after like 2 weeks. I genuinely have not had a worse experience with any company my entire life and very much recommend you do not rent a unit from this place 💀.

Have been renting here for a few months and now they are raising my rent by 122 dollars more which is ridiculous and I'm out raged I have never been late and pay on time or a few days early. My sister has a unit too and she pays way less then me but her unit isn't much smaller the hell is going on

Josie was an incredible help to me. Overly kind and she truly wanted to help me figure things out. I had reserved a unit online and when I arrived with a truck load of stuff I realized that the door was not exactly what I was expecting and I wouldn't be able to fit my stuff through it. Josie immediately found me a new unit and was able to get it transferred over to me almost immediately with no hassle on my end. She gladly jumped through hoops to make my life easier and I am incredibly grateful to her and all the staff here. I will be doing all of my business with them from now on.

It was stolen from the parking lot my cargo trailer with things. The cost is more than $20k. No one helped or paid I paid every month $190. For all years what I rented the parking lot I paid more like $10000 total .
