Public storage was convenient initially but price gouging follows after a few months of service. Requested to pay in advance to lock in rate but was told they do not allow. First 10x10 unit lasted a while with the rate holding steady, moved out because the roll-up door is falling off the track and almost got locked inside unit. Second unit was considerably larger but after six months the unit rate was doubled, two roof leaks in current unit causing mold issues. Moving to jack rabbit due to rate increases and mold related roof leaks. Great location, ease of access and use otherwise

Go elsewhere! The gate it broken often. It takes them awhile to fix it. So the place isn’t secured. The cost is ridiculous. As much as you pay a month you figure they would ensure the gate was functioning properly! There isn’t anyone working on site. It’s just a stupid machine. If you them don’t bother leaving a message they never return your cal. Worst customer service!

The facility itself is fine, it's the corporate end of it that I am dissatisfied with. I signed up for their President's Day special - $34 (half off the $68 usual fee). When I get the paperwork they have signed me up for their first month for $1 deal. I called the local facility - she can't help me. There is no phone listed anywhere for corporate, so I did a chat online. Their answer? Nope, can't help you. Done deal. AND the agent proceeds to end the chat before receiving an answer to the question "is there anything else I can help you with". Tried a second time - same experience. Would not do business with this company again. Beware - check your paperwork carefully.

Units are good. They no longer have anyone on site for issues and my unit has more thank doubled in price over the past 3 years. Leaving as soon as I can.
They have mold in their units and refuse to do anything about it yet keep raising there prices

I caution you to not rent from this company. They no longer have staff at this facility and they have several issues. Once you sign the lease beware they will raise your rent significantly. I also recently experienced a roof leak issue, which has ruined some of my stored items. The two units next to mine had the same issue. They are not responding to my phone calls, no service.

The property manager is so disrespectful. Do not rent here. They have no understanding nor sympathy toward other people's time or life. And they are never there. Jessica Waller's customer service was amazing today! I stopped by to extend my elderly mother's storage unit rental for a few more months. Jessica waited for my arrival even though her lunch hour was to begin 5 minutes after I arrived. Then she worked to get the best deal for my mom. She was able to apply a "fall deal" to her rental agreement and saved my mom $$ on her monthly rent. With my widowed mom being on a fixed income, this savings is huge! Add kindness, patience and a GREAT personality, and you've got a winner in this young lady.

Public storage has online or e-rental to reserve a space.
You can reserve it online and Public Storage emails the unit number and gate codes. When you arrive the lock and key are inside your storage unit. The gate works from 6 am to 9pm. The Office closes earlier before 9pm so if you need to talk with them in person call ahead.
