Nesly was very helpful with assisting me with my storage until. I had booked it and didn’t know my stuff was already cleared out from a previous storage I had. He ensured he attempted a refund on my behalf and also assisted with moving my stuff in my vehicle. Definitely recommend public storage at the lynnhaven location.

I went in to take a look at the unit before committing to it. Mesha was amazing!! She answered all of my questions and explained how everything works! The building looked very clean. Just make sure you make a reservation online so you can get the quote from there (it’s cheaper than walk-in) and any promotions they offer (I got 50% my first month which isn’t offered at walk-in).
