If you are looking for the most expensive unit and then still your rent will be increased over 40% after 6 months regardless if you are autopay. Do not fall for their low move in special they will make it up in other fees, ie. insurance, padlock etc. The mgr falls to monitor other renters who bring dogs and let their children run everywhere. The kids run around and it is a safety issue as well as against the contract. She wouldn’t allow me to bring in my service dog but allows others to do whatever. She offered to prorate when I moved out of my unit but then reneged. Again there are other places to rent without the hassle and the expense.
I can't say enough great things about my experience here, especially thanks to Lizzy! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the process of renting a storage unit so easy.
What truly impressed me was the cleanliness of the facility. I usually feel uncomfortable using public restrooms, but I could tell how well-maintained everything was. The fresh, clean smell made a huge difference, and it gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are stored in such a pristine environment.

We've had a unit here for almost 10 years since moving out of a huge house and downsizing to a much smaller one. It was supposed to be a temporary thing, but...life *sigh*. After receiving a notice that the rent would increase almost $100 more a month, we (finally) decided it was time to depart. When we arrived today, we were just trying to get rid of enough things in order to move the remainder to a shed we purchased. The shed delivery has gotten delayed, and we're unable to move everything before the rent increase. Enter Lizzy! She stopped by to check on us, and explained the move out process to make sure we didn't get any surprises. She also voluntarily was helping an older gentleman load some of his items further down the row, which was totally above and beyond her call of duty. On top of all of this, Lizzy went to the office to see if she could reduce the rent increase, and was able to get our monthly rent back to what it was (the rent increase was set for the 1st) for a period of six months. This now allows us a little breathing room to get our remaining things out without having to worry about the hike in rent. We are so thankful for Lizzy!! She was kind, friendly, and super helpful. In addition, she offered us bottles of water, as well as access to the restroom in the office should we need it. What an amazing person! Thank you SO MUCH Lizzy!!

I came in on labor day weekend not long before close in a pretty much emergency situation. Immediately I was greeted by a lovely smile and warm hello from a wonderful woman! Lizzy was her name and she made the experience super easy, she was super helpful and she was beyond pleasant to work with! No wonder she is the property manager! They definitely have the right person in that position! The storage facility and the grounds are very clean and seem very secure. The elevators inside are a wonderful feature. I was very impressed with how nice and clean the grounds were and how knowledgeable, professional and delightful the manager Elizabeth is! I didn’t get to rent today because the unit I needed wasn’t available, but I am definitely coming back as soon as my space becomes available. She was very patient with me even after all of my questions and she even offered me a bottle of water. I found two other facilities that were a bit cheaper but they were not very friendly. Not really the type of people I would want to deal with if I had to. At no point did I feel that way at this public storage location. Definitely going to rent here!
