Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1616 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA

I feel very confident that the items that I have stored at Public Storage are safe and secured with Sheila working there. My last conversation with Sheila , she put my mind at ease concerning this matter. SHEILA is definitely an asset for Public Storage. She is very easy to talk to and also very accommodating.

Sheila is great you could not ask for a more dedicated employee she is very understanding keep you up date makes sure you are always reminded of your payment easy to work with makes you feel good she is a keeper

After 6 months Public Storage jacked up my rental unit cost by $50.00. It is unacceptable to rent a unit at one price and then up the cost by $50.

I can’t say enough good things about the Public Storage in Charlottesville! I moved here from Alabama and my apartment wasn’t quite ready for me to move in so I had to find somewhere to store my stuff. I needed a short term lease, and I’m glad I found Public Storage. The entire process has been seamless and superb customer service has been provided. I was able to find a storage unit the same day I called the office and moved in right then and there. Then as we were done unloading the truck, my dad accidentally closed the tailgate door on the lock (which still had the key in it resulting in the key breaking in the lock). The front desk attendant was so nice in assisting me in getting a new lock. I’m so thankful for the courteous customer service that has been given to this out of towner! If you’re looking for a safe, reliable customer oriented place to store your stuff in Charlottesville, look no further than Public Storage.

Dave was an excellent customer service manager he answered all of my questions and told me about the storage information including pricing and mentioned the app on how I can pay my storage bill each month this is my first time using Public Storage

dont recommend at all the monthly prices start off good and then you pay at least 3 times the amount monthly while they still offer cheap rates for the same size unit to lure new clients in while they take advantage of their long time clients. I started off paying 79.00 per month and have had a unit for 4 years and now paying 245.00 per month. i have no other option due to personal reasons. i have tried to see if they would help with pricing and it seems everytime i have asked it seems to go up the very next month. im hoping to try and find a way to get out asap. i would say price gouging at its finest. if there was a way to give a negative star review it would be negative 10+

I just rented a unit and it’s just as advertised. Staff member Sheila is super helpful and the rates on the unit is more than reasonable. Recommend.
