Typical shady corporate tactics from private equity owners. Investors are more important than customers.They hook you with a low monthly price or introductory rate, then charge all sorts of fees totaling 25-35% of the original amount.
I'm amazed that the local staff are super helpful and friendly, as I'm sure the corporate owners are paying them pennies on the dollar. Stick with the mom & pop storage places, if you can still find them.
Is there a reason why the elevator is STILL not working??? A month later. During the season when people are taking their things to and from? And the manager on site will tell you "guy will be back tomorrow".
I left a bike here while moving out, and the property manager Michael was nice enough to store the bike while i was gone so no one would take it until i could come back. This is great service, and im happy with that detail. Thank you.

We can say without hesitation that the new Public Storage team--and especially Michael--are the most helpful and friendly people to work with. Quality of place is nice but their service isn’t that great. Because the staff isn’t always at the front desk and available to receive guests who have issues.

This place is a rip off, was pleased at first, then Public storage bought this place they immediately raised the rates i started out paying $110 per month and am no paying $250 per month for a 10X10, ive had water damage twice and the insurance that they made me buy and is owned by public storage only paid me $100 on $2500 damage, very unsatisfied and plan on moving soon
What a great experience dealing with Brandi. She assisted with the rental of a second unit, was polite & made certain I knew the limitations of the Orange Door insurance. I purchased it, although little protection, AND secure coverage at SF.

Brandi was one the best public store managers I’ve dealt with in a long time! She was very patient as she showed me multiple units, never rushed me and made the whole process very smooth.she made my out of state transition and relocate a breeze and headache free. It was a great experience! All in all if I could give 10 stars I would. I will be suggesting this location to people.
Outstanding service and attention from Brandi! I have rented storage units here for many years. Since Public Storage and Brandi (property manager) took over, everything has been wonderful. The property is clean and the entry systems work flawlessly. Brandi is so professional, friendly and responsive to all of our needs. I am confident that our things are safe and secure at this location!
They make it easy to manage from out of town, but prices are outrageous. Frequent increases, even with autopay. Insurance increased since Public Storage took over. Beware if you end up storing longer than expected, it will cost you (way more than 1 free month).
We also found a dead rat in the unit, which they refused to believe until we showed the body.

I have been a customer for quite a few years. I was having difficulty accessing my account with the new Website since it launched last week along with other people having same Issue. I tried support did everything that was suggested. Still no luck. They said they would forward the information to appropriate team. That was the last I heard from them. I tried to use the payment over the phone. No luck would not process it trying several cards. So I was able to Reach Karen at my Facility in Southlake. She was professional and friendly and extremely helpful. So Thank you Karen for assisting me on making my payment for my Unit. You’re in good hands at this Facility! Since both Corie and Ken are no longer at this location, this place has gone down hill. The halls are dirty, I can never find any of the flatbeds, and there are moths in my unit. On top of that the rate increases are outrageous. Go elsewhere.
Previous review: Got my 2nd storage unit with Corie and Ken. Won't go anywhere else.

Easy process to rent the space. During the process of moving I realized that I needed storage. I talked to Bella and she was amazingly friendly and helpful. I was a total mess but she walked me through the process over the phone. I initially chose Simply Self Storage based on a recommendation from my sister and I’m glad I did. Super easy was exactly what I needed during all the headaches from moving.
