Service was good over the phone, but once I get there, they rush me through the sign in and didn’t really know where it was. Had to follow her to make sure where it was not the greatest service. I know I have a business and having to go during late hours, but I still treat the First Customer And my last customer the same, she insisting in calling her manager to make sure she was allowed to stay took longer than to go show me where the place was instead she didn’t wanna get me to go in. I told her I was not gonna come back. I had 15 minutes when I went there, and by the time she made all the phone calls I was down to the last minute, and she calls manager to make sure she can stay longer, not happy with that at all having a truck full of stuff and ready to put in and I wasn’t signed in yet. She had all my information on. There was not very helpful when I got there wanting to go home and making sure she got paid for staying for me

I love how convenient it is to rent a space at Public Storage. You can do the whole thing online, but I also like How available employees are when you do need them. I recently needed assistance while at their Location (employee) Bella was more than helpful. My friend had left his phone very expensive and she helped us find it.
I just love how Bella is an amazing worker. The Public Storage really just does everything to make you feel like they’re not in your business and it is amazing to know that they are here for you.

The prices just keep kept going up and up.. Then we were told the final month would be half the price and we believed them.. but no, they didn't honor it and we lost EVERYTHING! 😭

If you value you're possessions..do not rent here. My inside unit was broken into. I had it full. They didnt even leave me a crumb. Management was no help whatsoever. Conveniently, they said that there was no camera footage. My lock had been replaced with the same type of lock while the thieves took my property. Management claims they check the units every night to ensure that the locks have not been changed out. I PERSONALLY WOULD NEVER RENT A UNIT AT THIS PLACE!
Great place to store you items when moving from one state to another and can't fit it all in your garage , Friendly Customer Service and I got a great deal on my storage unit .
The office manager, Melanie was really helpful by helping me pick the correct size unit I needed. She showed me around the property and pointed out the maintenance guy on property as well. I feel confident I made the best decision to store my items here. Will definitely recommend this storage place to my friends & family.
