This is by far the best storage unit in town as it relates to customer service and affordability. Throughout my year-or-so long contract, the staff here has always gone above and beyond. I highly recommend this public storage facility in particular if you are in the need anytime soon.
We have had our company storage unit here for approx. 6 months and have had nothing but great service! The site manager John is extremely helpful and went above and beyond when one of our employees broke off a key in our storage lock. John was able to remove the broken key from the lock, and saved us from having to cut the lock off. Thank you John and public storage for being so great to us!
This location is conveniently less than 5 minutes from our work which makes it a breeze to store our extra equipment. Quick and responsive employees that will check on you to make sure everything is going well and are more then willing to help. Easy access at any time with the gate. The manager John runs this location great! Wish I could give more than 5 stars because I have always had a positive experience at this storage.
These people are crooked. Let someone rob my storage and now trying to charge me a months fee when it was already empty srom being broken into. The nerve of these people!

Awful. Our company is across the street and so it's convenient to store stuff there, but ... they will systematically and repeatedly jack your rates up outrageously (each raise is 30%+), apparently counting on their customers to be too lazy to move their stuff once stored, and the "customer service" is all on their terms - one hoop after another to jump through, and they always require you to show up in person to do anything. We're pulling all our business. Too bad - doesn't seem like simple self-storage should be such a painful thing?
Brand new to the place so all I can say is that it is clean. No carts to help you move your items. Only complaint is, why do I have to take their insurance at 15.00 per month for a measly 5k pplicy

They have some huge units as well as smaller climate controlled units. Many workers and craftsman store their things here so if you are moving and need renovations on your new home in San Antonio you might find your future contractors lol. Limited semi truck access, only the beginning units can be accessed be a semi trailer directly.
Need extra storage space but don't want to yard sale your things. Maybe a place to store your equipment tools for work or business. I recommend public storage. I have a 10 by 15 and recently got another one for my business(Makereadys Maintenance and More). They have monthly deals or rates for new customers. Never know might be the best way to solve your clutter situation?

I have had a storage for a couple of years and have dealt with many employees over time. I went in today and met with Meyers (at the Blanco location). I had such a good experience I felt I had to send a review. He was beyond helpful and professional. He had patience with me, unlike others I have dealt with in the past. We need more Meyers. GREAT customer service.

Legit the worst. They have homeless people living in units and no cameras. I spoke with someone who had their unit broken into. Management wasn't helpful to them at all. They told him. "Call your insurance" They also billed me for an extra month when I had already left the property.

I checked in at the 7234 Blanco Rd. location today and met two very intelligent, friendly and hospitable people; Bayley the manager, and Alexis ("Lexi") her assistant. The price for the unit I selected was $100 lower than the similar Extra Space unit I'd been renting at Rt. 281 and Brook Hollow, and I had my choice of several units. I recently vacated a Public Storage unit on S. Hackberry I had used for nearly a year for a construction project. The one on Blanco was cleaner and better maintained, and I wasn't forced to purchase a grossly overpriced pad lock and property insurance (both of which I already had!) as was the case at S. Hackberry. I highly recommend the 7234 Blanco Road location and its staff.

I just leased a unit Bayley and Aj were very happy to help me. I was immediately greeted with a smile and felt very welcome for just leasing a storage unit, Bayley showed me the unit and assured me I was getting the right one for my needs and was very professional yet welcoming at the same time. I ran across Public Storage on a Google search and saw they were running a $1 move in special! The Customer Service Rep I talked to on the phone set up a reservation for me to come in and take a look before having to say YES to a unit! I got a call shortly after from Brett inviting me to come take a look! Upon arrival I met Brett who took me to see some units and had full knowledge of what I was looking for. He and his co-worker AJ were very knowledgeable and respectful of me and my time! I highly recommend them and this location for your storage/moving needs!! 😀 They definitely made my day a little brighter!!

I would like to share about a great property. I traveled over a thousand miles from Tennessee..I was exhausted, anxious and needed a good storage unit that was close to where I would be living. I called and talked to the property manager Bayley and she was helpful, resourceful and supportive. Once I made it to Public Storage i met Bayley in person and Jeanette. They were so nice, empathetic and resourceful. I'm so happy to have found these ladies that are helpful and attentive to their customers. Check them out if you are in the area.

Had a bad experience a while back tried explaining the seriousness in my situation asked if they would work with me even broke down and cried and explained even more in detail what was goin on they did not care they told me that they couldn't help me so I lost everything precious valuable thing I had if you ask me they pick and choose who they will help so if anything I would go to lock away storage on harry wurzbach they dont over charge Jake is wonderful he works with u no matter what but this facility not a chance I mean it's your choice obviously but if u ask me its risky I think this public storage should be shut down customer service is not where it should be my opinion is my own of course everyone has a choice but I will never got back to this location and they will never get another red hot cent from me I really do hope they get rid of this location honestly speaking.

They changed a lot of their policies this year. Prices have gone up and customer service in not good. Used to be able to pay for a few days extra. Can't do that anymore. And also if you don't clean it out, like dust and sweep, it's $50 extra. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
I always receive great customer service here. The people in the office are patient and helpful with little things they don't have to do (like give you trash bags because you forgot yours at home :)

We have had a storage unit at this Public Storage facility since 2012 when we needed a place for my father's stuff when he passed away. The staff here could not have been easier to work with or more helpful. Great people! Over the last 5 years or so, the staff at this Public Storage have extremely conscientious. For example, when my automatic payment didn't work because that bank card had expired, they called me immediately and helped fix the problem. I know that many places would have just let the storage unit go into default. Robert (the manager) and Michelle (the assistant manager) have always been so easy to deal with. The place is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend them!

The receptionist is rude doesn’t even smile or welcome you in! Just simply rude and unprofessional I would advise the owner if you want to rent your storages out get a receptionist who actually wants to help customers get a storage unit!

They were able to provide very affordable climate controlled storage spaces at a great and secure facility. The staff was also exceptional! I've had a unit here over a year and I could honesty say that I'm very pleased with the pricing and the staff. I've never had a problem in fact if anything I've been helped several times. I also appreciate their kind courtesy call reminding me of my next payment. Always very understanding especially "Robert" he is by far a amazing example of how customers service should be. I just wanted to take the time to compliment Robert, the manager at this facility. He has been there a long time. Every spring I rent 2 units for my business and Robert can always accomodate me with that without any problems. It's fast, the location is convenient, and the service is very professional. the facility is very secure as well and I have never had any problems storing there after all these years. The manager Robert and Mel at this location are the best. They always help find the right size storage space and always finds the specials for me so I always get a great deal. I have used this location everytime I have needed a storage unit. The units are always clean, no ants, no roaches, and never sticky leftover residue from another tenant (which isn't always true about other storage shed facilities). The management here is always willing to lend a hand or a dolly. I have storage at this location now and these people here are awesome, I could have had a storage shed a lil closer to where I was moving to but I would much rather go 5 miles further just to have my belongings in this storage facility, if I lived even further away I would still go the extra mile to store here. It's located in a nice area of town, never any vandalism or strange tenants just lurking around as if they live there. I never do a review but I've never had storage managers or employees help and go out of there way to get me what I need and at a price I can afford. Try them ask for Robert or Mel and I promise they will get you what you need and in a unit immediately. Always clean units (so hard to find now days)!! They are nice and fun people.
