We've been very happy with this storage unit. When the cost increased, they worked with me to manage it, and they have always been friendly and helpful. No complaints!

I called and talked to a nice gentleman by the name of Rylan to get quotes about the different size storage units they have, and he answered all of my questions. Can't wait to see the facility in person!

Rylan Hodges was a huge help today. Me and my friend went in not knowing a single thing about storage and I walked about feeling more confident and secure in working with this company than I could have expected. Pricing felt fair, everything was explained in the perfect amount of detail, and all parts of the exchange felt genuine. I recommend people ask for Rylan if you ever go this location!

Rylan has been so helpful and patient, I'm not the easiest to get along with. I had an issue with my lock and I'll be the first to say I over reacted. But he was very calm the whole time and explained everything to me. Would recommend anyone who is needing to store things. Come see Rylan his customer service is spectacular!!!

As much as I detest dealing with my storage unit and the fact that every time I need something from it, I’ve lost the keys and have to get a new lock, I just had the best experience at the Richardson Public Storage. Rylan explained the new and improved process for getting a lock replaced and while we were talking, he observed that my monthly rate was higher than it should be so he just lowered it and made mention of that. Super nice dude. I know the whole storage place has new owners and I have to say I am 150% happy with the experience and having my things there.

Rylan is an amazing property manager, I've been in rehab for almost 6 months due to a fall back during Halloween of last year, I'm not good with all the apps and stuff, but Rylan made sure that we were able to sign our updated lease it was super simple and hassle free.

Rose and Ryland have been a huge help since I move in here for a different location. Ryland was able to help me transfer and get my move in date the same day. They are always on the move helping guest on the property but will still stop by to check in if they see you. Thanks for yalls support and kindness

Rylan is amazing, I was renting from this location prior to it being a public storage. When it was a metroplex self storage I was being scammed by the man who was running this location, who had canceled my lease agreement and was charging me for my unit under the table. without any notification, the metroplex self storage was permanently closed. I thought I had lost all of my belongings without any notice, when I learned of this information I had rushed up here to find out it had turned into a public storage. I spoke with Rylan who informed me of the current situation I was able to save my unit and all of my belongings in the nick of time. before it was emptied and auctioned off. Rylan did a superior job with getting me a new lock, reinstating my lease for the exact unit and helped me set up my new access code. All for a way cheaper price than previously paying. For all who were storing at this location, when it was a metroplex self storage. I'm sure you guys are aware of the current situation, just come in and talk with Rylan and he will get you taken care of. he provides an excellent service, he is more than helpful and deserves high recognition for it. Thanks again Rylan for all your help and services.
