Such a scam.
Whatever price they quote you, rest assured that they will jack your rent up every few months. I am sure they pay good money for some insidious algorithm that promises to "maximize revenue" for corporate. You don't get a year at the quoted price, likely not even six months. They are betting that once in, you won't leave in only six months. And then it keeps going up. In two years they raised my rent four times.
And the useless "insurance" they try to force on you. Another "revenue generating" ripoff.
Find another place to do business.

Stopped my auto draft, cut my lock on the DAY RENT WAS DUE. PLUS CHARGED LATE FEES WHEN PAID ON THE DATE AGREED ON ! No one @ this location and I have NO ELECTRICITY AND RATS NOW !

Properly maintained facility; however, the rental rates and the customer service are likely the worst they can be.
This is the worst place ever. If you are new to using storage, please do NOT use this place. There is no one to help you, just a stupid automated person that never connects you to a real person. Customer service sucks and will give you the run around. No property manager and when you try to go to the kiosk and speak to a live agent, no one will pick up. Will never use this place again. Absolutely awful.
WORST STORAGE LOCATION IN THE DFW AREA, NO ELECTRICITY, IN UNIT & DOOR SLAMS HEAD EVERY TIME, PLUS I WAS CHARGED FOR LATE FEES AFTER THE PUBLIC STORAGE CORPORATION CANCELED MY AUTOPAY WITHOUT BANK, PERSONALLY OR ANY DIRECTION TO OR FROM PUBLIC STORAGE !
I HAVE BEEN ASSAULTED AND MY FUSED NECK HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY THE ROLL UP DOOR AND NOW THERE'S NEVER AN EMPLOYEE ON SITE.
