These reviews are bogus and lies!!! There has been several units with break ins but they swear that the facility is safe and secure with cameras everywhere! When I rented my unit there was two cameras right next to my unit! Now in December someone broke into my unit from the open space on top since it’s climate controlled but manager said not to worry because the two cameras will see everything! A couple of months before the break in the cameras were removed but I thought they were going to upgrade but NOPE! Gates not working numerous of times!Montgomery county Investigator said to not move anything or I will have issues so I had to leave stuff untouched and pay rent which the employee told me that they will discount from $93 to $75 total per month and that’s the best they can do! I went today and now she tells me $90!!! With an adjustment of $3! Yes they think we’re stupid I guess! And the part they moved to enter my unit IS STILL THE SAME!!!!!!!!! Investigator was treating us like we were the criminals!!!!!!! Lawsuit lawsuit LAWSUIT!!!! If you care about your stuff DO NOT TRUST PUBLIC STORAGE unless you want the public to have access to YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS!! Maybe that’s why they call it public storage!!!!!! They had Kingwood property manager call me and try to make an excuse for the B.S and when I told her they need to stop playing their B.S games she hung up on me!! They refuse to give me management or corporate contact number!

Deanee has awesome customer service I Was At The Front Desk On Wednesday April 23rd. With An Unruly Tenant Who Was Yelling And Used Foul Language Repeatedly To Property Manager Manager Listed Above Because The Tenant Was Not Notified That Her Unit had Locked change out Due to Non-payment Of her Storage she went on telling the manager at the property in Porter that she had talked to her and then the manager at the porter location looked on a computer and saw that she talked to a manager at a different location

This storage place is one of the best, I've had the storage since I was 15 years old. They are very sweet and knowledgeable when you fall behind. If you're looking for a storage place this place is it!

This place has changed ownership twice within the same year. They were just bought out by public storage and the new ownership has cut off all automatic payments. Your unit that you thought was being covered each month by an automatic debit is now past due because of these people.
